I always enjoy Jason's Deli. On 6/17/22 at 6:20 pm, I went through the drive through. I ordered one of my usual...light beefeater. The lady that took my order and money, charged me for the full size beef eater. I got the smaller one. My total was $12.56. I gave her $14 and told her to put the rest in the tip jar. Normally I see them put the money in the jar, but this girl put the dollar bill in her left pocket, and put the 44 cents in the jar. Which I thought was kind of unfair to the other staff that was actually making the sandwiches as well. I've never seen this done before and I probably will never come back to Jason's deli. They have awesome food but to see someone do that was just unnerving.
The grilled cheese is not grilled. It's toasted bread with cheese in between. It's not melted at all. Then watched an employee with his plastic gloves on put his hands into a set of oven gloves to remove the hot bread then took the ovem gloves off and still has his plastic gloves on and continues to touch food. Who says the inside of those oven gloves are clean. Used the same gloves to touch the open chips, the microwave and many other things. Watched for about 10 minutes and has not changed those gloves at all. I have only seen 1 person changing out their gloves.
Fresh fresh salad ? barFree ice cream ? coneNice variety of sandwiches ?Very clean
Nice salad bar! Something for everyone that includes mix greens, spinach, hummus, and multiple toppings. Several salad dressings to choose from. Must wear 2 gloves and only one trip to the salad bar is allowed. They have a full time salad bar attendant keeping everything fresh and clean… love that!
Only 4 stars for one reason. We frequently get salad bar to go and have never had a problem. However, today's order was missing items that were ordered. One salad was missing 4 items requested, and one salad was missing one item requested. Were the salads good, of course, but they would have been a lot better with all items requested.
We went to this Jason's Deli around 8:00PM and I ordered a Deli Club with no mayo. It had no mayo on the receipt and the ticket and when I got home there was mayo on my sandwich. I called thinking there was nothing they could do.First the woman up front named Ashley remembered my order and was surprised it wasn't right because she even asked if it was without mayo and the woman that made it said "There was no mayo."Second she went back herself and made it and even threw in some cookies and then had their delivery driver bring it to me at 8:30PM.I gave a 5 star review because of the above and beyond service I got from Ashley and the delivery driver (Sorry I didn't get your name). I appreciate you both and I hope you both see this just so you can see you really did an amazing job.
Always good sandwiches the corn beef is always one of my favorites and go to.
The people there are wonderful and always get our order right, even when I tell them to take the mustard from my sandwich and give it to my husband on the side. (You have to be there) And now I have a new favorite! The turkey wrap with ranch. Yum!
Very nice. Had the Royal Club. Well made and the croissant bun was excellent. Could have used a bit more of their tasty mayo, but other than that, I'm happy. And strawberry shortcake topped it off perfectly.
We wanted to try something different, other than your usual fast food place, so we decided on Jason’s Deli & we were pleasantly surprised. Definitely, not your typical fast food restaurant, has a nice sit-down dining area, with full salad bar. Reminded me of Sweet Tomatoes, which I loved. My fiancé and I thought their sandwiches were exceptionally good, the sub-type bread was was soft, the meat was cooked just right and the soup was delicious. One caveat, prices are not cheap.
