Breakfast for dinner bad idea . You think IHOP would always have good breakfast food. Bacon like leather, no flav. White or wheat toast were my only choices. I had asked for seedless rye. Guess not :(. Server was fine, did her job well. She should go work for a good place, she could make some $.

We had a great experience at this location! At first our waiter was taking a long time to come and take our order for our drinks BUT then came another wonderful lady and apologized that it was time to switch shifts and the person that was supposed to come wasn't there yet, so she stayed and took our order. The only complaint I have is that in the women's bathroom, there is a bathroom with huge spaces between the door and the wall, and it is right next to the sink, so anyone that is washing their hands can see through and see the person sitting in the toilet? no privacy whatsoever. Overall the food and service was fabulous!
After almost 3 years of living in Fort Myers we finally found out that this IHOP is open 24hrs & we came to grab a bite at 1am. I can truly say that this is the most cleanest & nice smelling IHOP that I’ve EVER been to. & Sylvia, (our waitress) she is the BEST employee IHOP has ever had. She was in top of everything & had food made EXACTLY how you ordered it. Very pleasant & nice young lady. Great job to the restaurant manager for that specific IHOP. We will definitely drive the extra time to make this our to go IHOP! Thanks for the good dining experience, great service & yummy food.
This is by far one of the best ihops around. Me and three other friends went in at around 2 AM for some food and left very satisfied with our meals. Server was very attentive and funny. The manager there was just as nice and fun enough to add to the jokes. I come in somewhat often and have never had a bad experience here.
Breakfast with dad. Spinach & Mushroom Omelette & gluten free pancakes ?….ate half of both…we got there waited just a few minutes. Enjoyed breakfast.
Just had a wonderful breakfast at the IHOP at 12801 S. Cleveland Ave in Fort Myers. Loved our meal and our server, Lindsey. Lindsey is friendly, warm and welcoming. She is an excellent representative for your company. If I was an executive with IHOP I'd promote her!
Very good senior value. We always have breakfast on the. afternoon. Always have two eggs or with hash browns , crispy bacon and toast, The Rose and as Shine. Great meal!
It's a decent restaurant. Food is always good. Guest service is very good. Food always comes in a timely manner. The waitresses are always kind & respectful when I dine in at IHOP. I respect & support the workers who work in the restaurant business, dealing with rude & unruly guests at times as I work in the restaurant business myself. Working in these perilous times in the face of Covid-19. Keep the hard work.
I just called because I had a question about my order. The gluten free pancakes are not listed on the website or any of the delivery sites. I called to see how I would be able to order gluten free pancakes for delivery and the person that works there stated that they didn't know. They didn't try to ask a manager or anything they just didn't help at all. That is truly horrible customer service.
