This place is my favorite boba place in Fort Myers! They have so many unique flavors! I can’t wait to try them all. Also, Jason was super nice and helpful! ?
Great looking ice cream but awful customer service and served spoilt ice cream. My wife and I and 2 other groups walked in once after another not one person was greeted until the order was ready. Then all 3 separate parties sat down with their order and everyone was in need of a bathroom and started lining up and looking for other bathrooms we were all served spoilt milk and stomachs said NOPE !!
A nice find while on vacation in the Gulf coast. Ice Spot has a large selection of Boba tea. From milk to fruit teas and everything in between.You get to use the kiosk to order to your desired specifications and the ladies behind the counter will make it happen. The boba was delicious. My go to Passion Fruit Tea was excellent.
The store gets incredibly busy very quick as the ice cream takes a little to make, and if the orders stack from a lot of customers in store and through UberEats you can be waiting for a decent amount of time. I waited over 20 minutes for a boba tea, that was a very simple order.I am understanding of this and am only leaving a review because one of the employees was wearing a crop top while preparing things. It’s unprofessional and extremely unhygienic.
Prices were so cheap it feels too good to be true!Only five dollars for some of the best boba I've ever had in my life. The portion is large, and it's only a small upcharge for no ice. I had the milk tea with cheese foam and it was rich, creamy, and surprisingly, did not make my stomach upset, even though cheese has a knack for doing so.The boba was deliciously warm and the drink ice cold. It was the perfect combo and I can't wait to come back for more!
This locations has a great staff that real show that they care about the quality of product they sell. The boba tea and rolled ice cream had the kids in all smiles ?.
Sorry nothing worked here. No service, no awareness of service and no concern either. Who's in charge? Ice cream was good though but the preparation model way too labor intense to keep up with the orders. Honestly.... Here's faster way to serve ice cream... Just scoop it.
Classic milktea wasn't good but Thai milktea ice blended was excellent, I love it, my husband love it. Passion fruit tea was good too, perfect for a hot day. Definitely go back
Ice Spot is my favorite place for boba tea! I always get the Taro latte, and it's delicious! The rolled ice cream is also great and a fun twist on regular ice cream, so many options and flavors to choose from. Highly recommend!
I first came here just to try the boba tea (which is amazing). My favorite drink is now the ‘Matcha Love’, a must try in my opinion!!My girlfriend’s favorite drink is the Vietnamese Coffee with boba The ‘Bumbler Cup’ boba tea tumbler is a perfect gift for those who come here often, I love mine :)The last time we visited we tried the rolled ice-cream and don’t know how we waited so long! We’ve never tried anything like it. The way they infuse the fruit into the ice-cream is very unique! Also a must try item!You can tell they take pride in their business as their service is top notch, food/drink is high quality, and the establishment is always clean and sparkling ??One of my favorite places to bring someone visiting the area for their first time :)
