Ehh it was ok the mozzarella sticks were the best part. Everyone goes for the wings so I tried something different I’m not upset. You would probably like it
We ordered take out. The naked wings were undercooked and under seasoned, they were ordered medium. More like bland. They charged. $.99 just for blue cheese and celery. There was no way to add extra blue cheese on the website. The other orders where incorrect. No sauce for one order and no dipping sauce for another order.I threw mine in garbage.Will not order again from Hooters.
I've been visiting for years and pickup orders as well. I've been in the book twice in the past 12 month period for over cooked food which Hooters has taken care of. After tonight's experience ordering 20 pieces to only get 16 is unacceptable. Couldn't order flaps only and spend $40 including tip for 16 pieces and a few sauces. Again, that's not attention to detail or getting what you paid for. Now I'm going to be the guy that has to unpack the order and look at everything. If this was baseball, this would be 3 strikes in 12 months! Terrible! 2 stars because the food was good.
We got there at a good time because it was not very crowded and we sat outside on the patio. The server came right over and took our order. Everything seemed to be good in the beginning. My husband ordered the western bacon cheeseburger and I ordered a salad. She brought out the cheeseburger and told us they were out of onion rings to put on the burger. It’s not the same without the onion rings!! They should’ve told him that they had no onion rings for the burger before they just brought it out and put it on the table. There was no dressing for my salad brought out. After waiting for her to come around, he finally asked another employee if she could get the dressing and she said she could not leave the hostess stand. Wow!!! I told my husband not to wait on me to eat. Finally the server came over and we told her we needed dressing. By then my husband had almost finished his burger. (Still waiting for salad dressing in the pic). I also ordered a beer when she originally brought our food to us which she FINALLY brought over with the dressing.

I got there just before they opened and ordered 6 traditional wings, fries and sweet tea. It didn't taste the way it used to and they now charge for the first sauce too. My bill was $20.

Love their Grilled Chicken ?, and the original wings with bone ?. Every time we go we eat everything we order.
It seems that every time we go to a Hooters something gets messed up with our order. Nothing that doesn't get resolved but this time was made to feel like it was our fault. I ordered a "gourmet hot dog" (which came with fries), & ordered a side of beans, since I wasn't all that hungry,... partner ordered wings. Wings were fine. Gourmet dog it is NOT. Ordered it with cheese, bacon, & relish. Find out they don't have relish so take it anyway. ( Have dogs on menu but no relish?) Dog & bacon were hot but bun & cheese freezing cold. A few seconds in a microwave would have warmed/moistened the bun & melted the cheese. Fries were cold & they then bring another bowl of fries. When I mentioned I ordered side of beans not fries the interaction was not as friendly as it could have been. Was made to feel like I was the one that screwed up. Doesn't seem like the concern for quality is there, just pump out the food. Won't be back anytime soon.
While visiting Ft Myers I wanted to try the local Hooters. I was not disappointed the bartender was awesome. I wanted to know some things around the area, she gave me some pointers. The wings were hot the beer was cold I could not ask for more.
