A good deal fir what you get. It's an interesting take on Shrimp and chicken wings, too much salt and left over dust from the coating. There's also a little sweetness in the shrimp that I don't care for. The fish is great though. But the best part is the service, not overly fast but that means your food is fresh. But my girl Terry, she is awesome!!! Made the trip worth it!!
Very busy location. Loved the catfish and the fried okra! From Chicago been checking out various places to eat.. This place is good if looking for fried Fish, Shrimp. Etc ????
Not in a great part of town but the food is pretty great. If you are in the mood for a big plate of fried fish, chicken wings or shrimp then this is your spot. Not a healthy choice on the menu and it's pretty great!
Super yummy I got the clam strips first time trying this place I recommend to anybody! Specially if you love seafood. Only thing I wish they didn’t do was put my bread underneath the clam strips, it was greasy by the time I got to it. but they gave me a ton of clam strips! Can’t wait to try something else next time.
The food is good but the customer service sucks. I couldn't finish ordering my food because the chubby Puerto Rican girl in the drive thru kept rushing and told me that I need to hurry up cause it's more people that need to be taken. Mind you we only had 2 dinners and I was still looking over their menu cause they have such a wide selection. If they want their drive thru to go quick maybe they should lessen the menu outside and have the bigger selections for inside only. If my baby was not hungry I would have just cancelled the entire order. Management don't seem to care. They hire the most ghetto and ratchet people ever in life to work there. No matter what time you go you are always treated and talked to disrespectfully by the workers.
I absolutely love this place. The chicken wings & fries are delicious. The hush puppies Oh my Gosh hands down the best around. The service was fast and the workers are so friendly. We need one of these in Lehigh Acres ! Just saying ?
The only thing I wished from this place is that they opened one closer to Port Charlotte. I have made multiple trips to fort Myers ( usually 45min to 1hr drive) with food from here in mind. I'll be honest though you need to like seafood a bit to go here. They do have other non-seafood options like fried chicken but I go there for the fried crunch conch with extra seasoning. The pricing might seem a bit much usually $12-18 depending on what you order but it is well worth it and unique compared to getting a full meal at boorish place like burger king. Basically if you want to try something and your around the neighborhood give this place a shot. I am never disappointed in my 4+ years of eating from here.
I HAVE NEVER had a bad meal here! Probably the best fried catch you can get in Lee County! Opened for years, they have perfected their menu and cooking! I love the catfish, whiting, and fried okra!
Comfort food at its best!Fried gizzards?! YES PLEASE! The way they fry them andsalt them, I salivate every single time. Theres alwayssomething to die for here and for me, these gizzardsare it. The chicken wings come in at a close second andman oh man are they great.Their coleslaw is edible but it's iffy to me. I would like itif they maybe tried abit more with it but I understandthat you eat it to clean your palette abit before toufatten yourself up on the fried food. We have not triedthe fish yet but the gizzards are soo hard to break awayfrom!The conch, we tried them and I liked them. They remindme of a japanese dish called takoyaki, or squid balls.Very soft, very delicious.Their hot sauce, look, whether it's Crystal or somethingelse, I don't care man, I can pour it in my mouth and eatit with a slice of bread. It's that good to me; with itsvinegar taste and flavorful heat.All in all, I'd your on your way into downtown oranything else and your craving fried food that you wantyour tummy to thank you for, by all means come here!Don't miss out!
So I have been looking for a good spot for fish and Chicken since moving to Florida from Virginia, hands down this is the best I have found so far. Ask for extra seasoning. Not that it needs it, but makes it even better then it already is.
