Kids bowl free program is awesome, now with everything costing so much it’s nice to still be able to have fun with the kids and not break the bank! Hope this program stays strong my children love it and other will too. Thanks headpinz

The employees here and the ‘gaming manager’ are a joke. They provide zero customer service and are unwilling to right their wrongs. Today was the second time in a row that we paid for a service only to be told that service was unavailable when our time slot came up. The employees, including this gaming manager thought it was funny that this was the second time in a row and refused to help us in any way. I have been going there for years and have spent more money there than I care to admit but never again. If you’re trying to have a nice family outing, especially when you don’t have a whole lot of it, DO NOT GO HERE.
This place is pretty high tech! The place is super clean for a bowling alley and doesn't have any foul odors upon entering. They have robots that cruise around and deliver food. They also send them to pick up shoes. They have private party rooms and a vintage classic bowling area that is really neat.
By far the worst experience in any bowling alley I have ever been to. NEVER COME HERE. First it took 25 minutes to start bowling because the guy behind the bar, while having no help, was a clown. Just wanted a pitcher of beer while tried to entertain and couldn’t remember more than one thing and even tried to make comedy show out of minors trying to use a fake at the bar. Kick them out or deny them and let them order this isn’t Jimmy Bright. Our lane was missing a pin constantly the whole game. No bowling balls anywhere for people to use. Then they wait till we are on our last 10 minutes to come tell us they are all out of boneless wings. To top it off the cheese fries were very cold as if they forgot about them. Manager was nice but also embarrassed felt bad for her and the the lack of help she has. Will never be back place was a joke. Go to gator lanes place is cheaper and at least you’ll enjoy yourself more than this dump.
Worst experience. They only had 1 hour available, which I understand because of reservations, but charged us the same amount as a 2 hour slot including pizza and drinks for 1 hour with nothing included. Then they never brought the food we ordered and knew nothing about it when we asked. Many machines were down but still completely able to take your money and no signs of out of service. I don't usually complain but we spent alot of money and was treated poorly. Probably not coming back.
Arcade needs a major update. I'll come back to bowl and try the food but as of now 2 stars. Good food and a great bowling experience will change this to a 4 star. See you on Wednesday

Going in was a little confusing and the workers are on the computer but don’t assist you or even tell you that they’ll be with you in a moment. Once in, I asked about the availability and they responded with “I don’t even know, I’m tired”. I managed to get a VIP section but was only booked for one hour instead of two like I paid for. Pizza bowl wasn’t provided either and when asked about it they stated they were busy and couldn’t help me at the moment. My family did have a lot of fun but the workers just weren’t it for me. It is a nice and clean space as well as provides clean bathrooms.
Had a birthday party there today 2/19/22 party was good but almost 100% sure everyone who ate the pizza contracted food poisoning. Everyone is sick to their stomachs and non stop runs to the bathroom. Be careful eating here.
