I've visited about 6 times in the last few years. While I don't stop in a lot, it is a nice little spot to get breakfast. We've eaten on the patio with the puppies a few times (yes, dog friendly).Servers have always been accommodating and friendly. The food is consistent and any complaints we have are minimal. All in all a great place to stop for breakfast. We will be back.
My husband had the brisket sandwich with fries. Delicious and huge. Took half home for tomorrow. I had the 2 egg and ham breakfast with poached eggs, home fry potatoes and toast. All cooked perfectly. I, also had leftovers to take home. The servers are down to earth, pleasant and fun. Ownership has been present and working the last few times we were there. Can tell it is a neighborhood favorite and most folks seemed like repeats. Restaurant was busy but well served. Reasonable prices and caring staff.
Wonderful neighborhood cafe. Nice servers and great food. I ordered the big breakfast, with ham, bacon and sausage links. You also get toast and hash browns. Everything was cooked to perfection and was delicious.
We really enjoyed Haneys cafe, brought the family here for a late breakfast on a Saturday. The place was very busy, which is a good sign, and the service was great. The food was just the way a wonderful family diner should be, tasty, generous portions and fantastic service.I recommend that you give it a try, perfect place to have a great meal with friends and family.
Went for breakfast, it was great as always. We were still eating when our server (Alex?) told us there were a bunch of people waiting for a table on the patio, where we were seated. In other words, hurry up and finish. Wow.
This was our first time at Haneys for breakfast today. Parking was easy & we were seated after a brief wait. It's cute inside & also offers patio dining too. I had biscuits & gravy which were ok, while my husband enjoyed a big omelet, hashbrowns & toast. Our waitress was friendly & very good at keeping the coffee cup filled.
Great local breakfast spot. Good food, great service, and decent prices. Our server, Juan, was very nice and attentive. Definitely would recommend and will return again!
Awesome service and awesome food. Line was out the door we were seated I'm like 10-15 min, repeatedly apologized to for the waits, ordered got food fast, waiter came back multiple times to check on us fill drinks etc. Best Diner(restaurant) in Fort Myers especially for breakfast
I can see why so many restaurants have a hard time finding good workers. This must be the only restaurant in SWFL that does pickup orders based on your order, not your name. Which is pretty funny considering that they ask you for your name when you order... Both myself and another guy (delivery driver) were stunned at how bad the service was and how backwards the system seemed to be.They seemingly lost my order, because they couldn't figure out that, "Avocado Toast and Big Breakfast," just might have been the same order as, "Skinny Avocado Toast and Big Breakfast." You would think they'd even ask, "Was it a skinny or regular?" Nope, just straight from one person to another as if it was a mystery fit for Sherlock Holmes. The 2 times I've done a pickup have been the worst experience. Took about as long to pickup the food as it probably took to make it. I'm not even sure how that's possible. Both times there had to have been 5 people shoulder to shoulder all seemingly doing nothing and just looking at one another. You would think they would get a second kiosk so at least they could process orders faster... Must be another mystery to solve on another day!I can only assume the same people are the ones responsible for running the toaster... ???I'll go back for dine-in because the food is honestly great the older waitresses are hilarious, and great at their job as well!
Amazing brunch. Love the patio! I have gone twice since being on vaca and the breakfast scrambler and burger have been so tasty! Service was wonderful and I highly suggest the mimosas and Bloody Mary.
