Grimaldi’s has my favorite pizza here in Ft Myers. It’s not the style I grew up with in NJ, but excellent pizza! It’s thin with fresh mozzarella, nice clean sauce, and a nice undercarriage! Salads are fresh with excellent house Italian dressing. If you join their rewards club you can get a free 16” pizza on your birthday! In my opinion, no better birthday freebie out there!!!
My wife and a couple of friends visited Ft Myers Beach and surroundings. On a Saturday night after being unsuccessful in finding a table in any pizzerias in Downtown Ft Myers we Googled pizza places in the area and found Grimaldi’s at one of the local malls. They were open until 11pm. Thumbs up!The experience is totally 5 stars.The dining room is beautifully furnished (very Italian) the area where the pizza is prepared is visible to the customers and the staff is very courteous and make you feel at home.We ordered an 18 inches Traditional pizza, with Kalimantan olives, spinach, ham, bacon and pepperoni. The thin crust is simply delicious! I never thought I would like a crust as much as the toppings as this pizza which anything short of perfect.Unfortunately I’ve neglected to snap a picture of this beauty.But I highly recommend this pizzeria by its delicious menu, top service, location and ambiance!
Pizza is excellent. Service is excellent. The most I ever spent on a pizza. They charge average $5 per topping. You can spend easy $40 on one pizza. I won't go back due to the price but it is definitely a good pizza!
Beautiful restaurant since you drive around.You have an option to seat inside and outside.They have delicious pizza with different toppings and gluten free option.Regular pizza an cauliflower pizza amazing.Excellent service from the staff.New York thin crust pizza style.
Always great at Grimaldis, it’s a go to place for us way ahead of all other pizza restaurants.
My fiancé and I decided to stop in for Lunch because it was so close to our hotel (Crowne Plaza Fort Myers At Bell Tower Shops). They have Pizza just about with any and every way, style and topping you could ever want. We picked "THE DON" and were not disappointed! Very filling and worth every penny.
The food and service were great!!! I really loved the salad. I've of the waitress also gave us a slice of the cheesecake with a raspberry sauce on the house. Yummy!!!
Grimaldi's was an excellent experience overall. I am giving five stars because of a good experience with the waiter and flexibility with food options. The only negative, which I cannot take a star away for was that their Air Conditioning was being maintained in the indoor areas and there was a slight dust issue. They promptly told us this and asked that we excuse this. So, we got outdoor seats after a few minutes as well as a very friendly and knowledgeable waiter. Our drinks and orders came out fast and the pizza was delicious, specifically the pesto varieties. I would hands down go eat there again, especially when I am tired of grab and go pizza places. Though, I do believe that Grimaldi's has that option, too. Thanks for reading if you made it this far, and see you on my next review elsewhere.
The best cauliflower crust pizza I’ve EVER had. We got it white with chicken and spinach. Delicious! We also ordered a cheese and it was fabulous as well. Definitely a new favorite. Delivery took a while but it was worth it.
Mike was fabulous! Just left with my family and he totally made the evening! So attentive and very personable. Go see Mike for your next visit!
