I just wanna say we went to Ginza today to celebrate my husband’s birthday and Henry our server was the best. He went above and beyond for us and didn’t even have to ask for anything. Excellent service here as always but today was by far the best. He went above and beyond for us which will def go back again soon. This is our Happy Place and will always be. The food and service is exceptional. Thank you Henry
Deon was an amazing Bartender! He personally served my wine while creating an amazing conversation. Can’t wait to go back ! My server Finn also was very attentive and had a very inviting attitude, made me feel very welcomed. Highly recommend these two gentlemen! Can’t forget about the food, all you can eat sushi was a plus! Very flavorful!

Everything at Ginza always tastes so good; you will never be disappointed in the taste of the food and the variety of options! Brian is the best bartender there and can show you around the menu or just order for you if you’d prefer…he’s just that good. I watched him make two custom drinks for people that they loved and he has an amazing key lime pie drink that is truly one of a kind and a must try. Don’t pass this place up!
Visited here tonight for the first time. Ordered the buffet option which I liked the variety but I was shocked when they give me a cheap plastic fork to eat with. The fork was so cheap and flimsy it about broke with every bite. Service was average and on the slow side. May visit again but not sure.
I stopped here with my friend and his family. My first appearance was of a buffet style restaurant and not too clean but gave it a try. However, you can order either A La Carte or all you can eat for different prices. I was able to get the A La Carte as I did not want all you can eat but my friend and family did the all you can eat. Our server, Zack, was okay but not able to remember items. I ordered chicken with broccoli and a salad. I was told the dressing is runny and may not want it but I still got it, after my meal was in front of me. Other items came at all different times, not consistent with a proper meal. This occurred to many other tables too. My meal tasted bland and the chicken was just okay. Would not recommend, but that is my opinion and you can have your own.
Food is always excellent when we come here. Sushi is fresh for the most part, occasionally the sushi that's supposed to come out hot is cold but regardless it tastes amazing. Sat at the bar, and the service wasn't too good, it seemed as if he forgot about us and was distracted most of the time. However the food is always worth it here!
Love this place! We usually come during our lunch break during the week, and the food is phenomenal every time. My girlfriends and I had the most wonderful experience with our server Alex. Very kind, funny, and FAST! Most of all, we love those funky socks! Can't wait for our next visit. Thanks Alex!!
Our server/bartender was absolutely perfect. Tim knows the sushi and sashimi menu inside out and makes perfect drinks. The sushi, sashimi, salads, tempura were great. The ladies were was disgusting! There's a clipboard outside showing that the restroom was attended to. Well, it's signed off but no one attended. No towels at the main wash station. The handicap toilet was over stuffed and not flushing, there was major mold around the main sink. So gross!! That's for the patrons. It makes you wonder what we don't see, in the back, is like. There was a padlock on the back door. What if there's a fire or something?
What a disappointment!!!!! Coming from a past server and now restaurant manager, I can handle a lot. And am VERY understanding and easy to accommodate. However, this was just plain out horrible. Waited 25 minutes for alcoholic beverages to be brought back after ordering. After food was FINALLY dropped, we were not checked on ONCE. The server Continuously disappeared. We had to beg for someone to stop by to ask for our server. Would occasionally see him go from ine table to the back, one table to the back, instead of checking on multiple tables ar a time. After another 15 minutes of bo show, we asked for the manager. He came and explained they were really busy ( it was not super busy, short staffed, I understand, but this just wasn’t the full case) He came and promised to cash us out. Disappeared and didn’t come back until we waved him down. Once all said and done, we received our checks (with an added person, who didn’t exist) we received 10% off. We got there at 6:15 and didn’t get to leave until after 9 pm. Just unbelievable….
