So far so good !! Clean and friendly .
We have came to this hotel location two years in a row and unfortunately this is our last year we will ever go there. From the rude front desk ladies when my husband asked for more towels for our shower… She told him he could go outside and grab some from the pool area. From the day we checked out we asked for a late check out, both my husband and I were naked when we heard the door shut. We both yelled someone is in here. There was no knock on the door or anything. We got dressed and got our things together to leave and went down to the front desk and ask them if they had cameras on the fifth floor. They responded that they did, my husband asked to see the camera footage from a certain time frame to find out who was in our room. The manager went into the back room to get a key to watch the security footage and wouldn’t come back out. My husband demanded that they let him see the camera footage so he could know who was in our room. They were completely rude and snobby about the entire situation and told him he was going to have to call corporate. We were no more than 10 minutes from the hotel heading towards the airport when the hotel called and magically refunded us for our visit. My husband has since then contacted corporate wanting the camera footage of who was in our room while we were both unclosed we have yet to hear back from anyone. I don’t know how I would ever want to stay at a Hilton hotel knowing that they just allow people to walk into guests rooms unannounced and without knocking on the door especially while their guests are naked. We never even heard the door open we only heard the door shut. And With the hotel so eager to refund us after we left (once they had enough time to review the camera) it makes me feel extremely uneasy and that someone was in our room longer than I think. We have contacted corporate and opened a complaint and have yet to hear from them as well!!! VERY unsatisfied customer!!
I spent a extended time in this hotel. I was treated like a VIP with every interaction. I noticed this with other guests as well. Brittany and Jackson in the restaurant are the "poster children" of what hospitality should look like and is missing from so many establishments. The front desk team was alays very helpfull and Housekeeping also did a great job
I'll choose a Hilton Garden Inn when I'm traveling alone because of the restaurant on site. Sometimes, it's just handy not to have to go out in an unfamiliar town or to order delivery. This hotel was just perfect for my visit. Staff was friendly. Service in the restaurant was good considering that the place was booked full of spring break families & student-athletes. The only issue I had was the lack of a working printer in the Business Center. The cartridge needed changing and the front desk said they had no spares available - sounded like it had been out awhile. Someone could have run to Staples or Office Depot - both nearby! I sent my pages to the front office email; the email went into a SPAM folder and the front desk clerk had trouble finding it. Lots of trouble for what I needed. The room was clean & comfortable and the area is quiet & wooded. In fact, it's a little hard to find on a short street tucked away from a busy intersection (improved signage would help).
Melissa and her associates at the front desk were very helpful when our flight was cancelled and we needed a place to stay. Extremely nice and accommodating, rooms were very clean. Would definitely stay here again.
I requested an early check-in, if possible. I had to wait over 3 hours for the hotel to change over the room. I was told that it was because of the room that I had….king size and “snacks” Unbelievable. Breakfast was not included. Hampton Inn is the way to go. Very dissatisfied customer.

Excellent hotel stay. Very clean, exceptional hotel employees and customer service, and excellent food. We were very pleased with the hotel restaurant and had breakfast and dinner there every night. While there were only two wait staff, they did an excellent job. Would definitely stay here again at this location.
Stayed here for a week and this place is great. The room was comfortable and quiet. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Wanted to recognize Javier and Claudia who were both very pleasant. The breakfasts and dinners were very good. The place is clean and a great value. The location was good as well. Would stay here again.
We were here for a death in the family. This was a great place to take care of things locally and get some rest at the end of the day. The housekeeping was less than expected. We asked for towels to be changed over the days that we stayed. Their policy is currently to provide No Service Unless Requested. We came back to the room at the end of the day to find our towels stacked on the bed we had made. The dirty towels were left in the bathroom floor where we had placed them. The evening cookies were a pleasant surprise. The room was modern, clean and well appointed. The traffic noise dies down around 11:00 p.m., and fortunately was not too bad. This hotel is located downtown with properties bunched together.
