Re heated fries floor n tables dirty,no ketchup in two dispensers with 7 people behind the counter and no regular coke

For the very first time I was totally disappointed in the french fries. They did not taste fresh at all. It seems like they were precooked and left setting. They were barely warm and it was just the biggest dissapointment ever.
My first time eating at one of them. I wasn't sure how to order. I had to keep asking questions.It would be nice if the person at the register would say" is this your first time visitingThen, I wouldn't feel so awful asking tons of questions.
Fresh ingredients, flavorful food. Little pricey but well worth it. I normally have the cheese burger all the way which has 2 patties, cheese, ketchup, mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickle, sauteed onions and mushrooms. This time I tried the BLT and the bacon was great, the ratio of bacon to bread to lettuce was perfect but the tomato wasn't as flavorful as I hoped and I wished for at least another slice or two.
Great burgers as always, this location is very clean and staff is very friendly and patient
Always a pleasure at this location. It was super busy but the staff was in full control. The flow was quick and the food was perfect.
There was a cherry pit in my strawberry milkshake. I think it is a cherry pit. I still like Five Guys though. Lol
Alot of food for the money. Burgers are too greasy and we didn't care for soo much cheese. Fries were delicious perfect for traditional straight cut fries.
Good stuff. Always a lot of food and good value
