I love First Watch but I was pretty bummed this morning- this was my first order at this location and it will for sure be my last. I got a pickup order, and the picture attached is when I first opened it… this is not at all how many potatoes I usually get, and not an acceptable amount at all. Then I started eating my chickichanga and realized that the egg was kinda slimy and not fully cooked. I resorted to just eating my muffin for breakfast and it was super soggy. I didn’t get it griddled, but even in the times that I haven’t gotten it griddled before it wasn’t as sorry as it was today. They get two stars instead of one because the iced coffee was great and the ladies working were very nice, but I’m so disappointed in my meal. I would’ve rather spent $4 for my coffee instead of $25 for a meal I couldn’t enjoy.
Probably the best breakfast chain out there. The food is top notch gourmet if you will. They have excellent juice drinks my favorite is called "morning meditation" They also have seasonal specials that are constantly changing to keep your interest perked. Because the food and service is so good it does get quite busy in there during peak hours but it's worth the wait!!
Food quality and service at this location is ALWAYS outstanding. All the servers here are super sweet. I sometimes come in, eat breakfast and bring my computer with me to get some work done as well.Sara was my server today, she was so attentive and kind! The food came out fast (like always) and the coffee pot was full. I appreciate the great service! Thanks Sara ?
The Barbacoa tacos lacked the barbacoa!! The meat was minimal at best. Couldn’t even make one taco with the amount of meat that they serve on all three combined. Definitely not worth it.
As usual, good food, friendly staff. I was surprised, no wait for breakfast ?
Sadly, this restaurant seems to be on the downslide as it relates to quality of the food. We go to this location every Sunday, and for the last 4 weeks we have been very disappointed. The food has gone "south" in taste, presentation, and overall quality. Freshness is not guaranteed, nor is level of cooking requested (i.e. eggs), and although a busy place with good service, we are no longer going to go to this restaurant for Sunday brunch. This last Sunday I ordered a "Works" omelette like I always do, and received an egg "taco" with all other ingredients stuffed inside, nothing was cooked with the egg. A total rush job. The potatoes on the plate were totally burnt and crispy, I cannot see how the cook, let alone the server thought that it was ok to bring them out to the table? Just brutal. My guest had one of the "power" bowls The "trailblazer bowl" with arugula and avocado and turkey, the arugula was wilted and non fresh, and the turkey was "roasted" previously by the looks of things and this meal was another rush job. This is unlike the First Watch, but we are done with it now. They need either some management intervention or some other divine help to get this restaurant back on track. Not recommended.
I have chickens & fresh eggs at home, but I could try a dozen times and not get my eggs over medium as perfect as these were today! Not sure where they get the eggs, but not store bought. Seriously, I can’t recall better eggs.Had Trifecta with bacon & banana crunch pancakes, added Floridian Style and an extra pancake. Probably good enough with just 1 pancake, but it was brunch.Final thought, coffee was not Starbucks nor Folgers so you know… good!Great all around meal, friendly staff, and came out fast even though place was busy.
Amelia was amazing! Everyone here is so kind. The food was spectacular. Waffles were perfect. Eggs bacon potatoes all on point. Superfood bowl and even the toast and strawberry jam were all 5 stars ? don't forget to get a purple haze drink it's phenomenal ?
Too, too loud. Even our wonderful servers said it was too loud. The food was excellent, the service superb. Can't go back since it too LOUD.
Amazing food, very nice staff, even during a busy time food came out quickly
