Best sandwiches in town... Always good and great service.
So apparently this location had a flood recently and the door stated that it is only open for carry out. Fine. I rushed in from the rain not seeing that sign to find this out after I got my food and not wanting to go back out in the rain while I ate with my guest who met me here we stood near the door at the bar top out of the way while it was raining attempting to eat quickly and escape back out into the rain. Skip back to when I was ordering I literally watched the cashier berate a customer about a comment he had made regarding Subway and she just kept saying our subs are better than Subway over and over to the point the customer was uncomfortable. Fast forward to a different girl who says something to my guest and me as we plan on just eating at this bar standing up instead of running out in the rainy weather with our food. Another unruly employee said we had to leave because their big boss was watching the cameras. I explained the situation with the weather and I just asked we finish but the employees began trying to tag team on me why we should just leave. If there is a problem big enough that people can't be in the dining room then you should close your doors! Teach your employees some customer service skills especially to an Army veteran on the army's birthday! Subway is much better as I've NEVER had such service at the multiple locations I've visited throughout the United States. Good riddance Firehouse Subs. Hoorah.
Good subs they are very busy at lunch so expect to wait a little while best to call ahead or order online!
Who puts BBQ sauce on a New York steamer. SMH, still better than other sandwich shops.
Great place. Food always been great. I guess they are doing inside changes so no eating inside at this time. Only two spots to sit and eat outside.
Ordered online via UberEats for delivery. My brownie that I ordered was missing. Very upset as I was craving the brownie. A few months ago ordered pickup, and my soup was missing. Manager should be fired. Ridiculous. Never going back here.
I've been going to this location for a few years now and the last 2 times the quality of their subs has gone down! The steak and cheese had very little meat on it and the bun didn't seem fresh. Today I ordered a large Italian sub and the meat was piled on one end and the middle of the sub. The bun again was not fresh and the bottom was torn apart in one spot. They tried to piece it back together instead of just getting a new bun. I tried calling but no one answers.
This location is the best! The cashier is wonderful. She is very thorough and incredibly sweet!Great service and they got my order perfect. That’s a first for Firehouse!
This place make awsome sandwiches, subs, heros what ever your fancy. Great customer service and a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you. They also honor Veterans. Will definitely return.
We love the food at firehouse subs and have ordered online many times over the years at this location. Unfortunately the service and attention to detail has gone down. The last two times we have ordered this month our order has been wrong on multiple items. Ingredients requested to be removed were added. All ingredients were available and not left off due to shortages. Meat, cheese, and toppings were mixed up on both sandwiches. When we call the restaurant nobody answers.
