Unbelievable sandwiches. Firebread catered a big event for us and everybody loved it. Highly recommended.

Firebread is delicious! We hired them for an event and they were so fast, prepared, and the food was amazing.
This was a unique eating experience. The “rolls” are tubes that are baked on special cylinders then filled to the brim with the fixings. The bread is fresh with a thin crusty layer over a soft chewy interior. I had the Cubano, which was incredible - savory meat (pulled pork and ham) and melted cheese with a delicious Dijon cream counterpointed by dill pickles. Like someone else said, I’m looking forward to working through the menu.

We were just at an event where Firebread served the dinner. First time for us eating their food. EXCELLENT! The \\\"sandwich\\\" was fresh and hot. Nothing was made in advance. We saw them making the bread. Very pleased with the food and the service.
They were amazing! I asked them to come to our work and serve lunch and all my employees were raving fans. The food is fresh, delicious and yet healthy. They were reliable and stayed longer than asked. Highly recommend!
