Everyone was very nice. Food was excellent. Brought my daughter the smallest chicken tenders in the world (looked like shrimp) but replaced them with a burger. The waitress (and her helper) we very sweet about it
Saw some ill reviews but we decided to hop in and give them a try.....we were not disappointed in the slightest food was actually quite good!!! Staff was soooo soo super sweet, very attentive considering how short staffed everyone seems... but they sure made you feel welcome we arrived very late .. not once did they make us feel rushed quite the opposite actually! Food was Great!!! Very tasty well cooked great portions very happy we gave them a try!! A great place for a big family dinner!
Awful, I had a simple order. Texas beef brisket sandwich and a lemonade. They said 15min, I got there 25 minutes after I placed the order and waited another 15 minutes! And I know my food was just sitting there because it was cold and when I opened the box it looked like someone just literally threw some food in there and called it a meal…. Usually a big fan of famous Dave’s but will not be ordering from here ever again.
I first tried Famous Dave's about 4 years ago in Kansas City MO. It was an absolute home run. The best BBQ I've ever had. Moving forward 4 years until now... The same thing... A 450 ft home run.! The ribs are incredible the sides are very good too. When I went in I noticed 4 kids all had a pig hat on kind of like the burger King hat only a pigs head I joked with the hostess and said "I want a pig hat". Within 20 seconds she presented me with my very own pig hat! I told her I was only kidding her and she said "sorry, we can't take it back... That's the rule, then she laughed. I'm now the proud owner of my very own pig hat! All kidding aside.. It really was a great meal
My wife and I tried to give this place a second chance to redeem themselves after the 1st time we had horrible customer service and decided well maybe things have changed and we will go give them a second chance true to their reputation their reputation the customer service was horrible again my wife and I sat at our table for 45 minutes with no food the waiter came back a couple of times throwing bowls of potato chips on the table for us to snack on The staff was horrible when you asked them for help their they avoid you they pretended to go back and ask questions and not come back to talk to you to let you know what was going on they went over to the side somewhere and stood and did not even make facial contact with you the manager had a rude attitude as if my wife and I had done something wrong and we're just waiting to eat We will never go there again I experience for the 2nd time is we're done this place should close the doors down oh oh and did I say there was barely anybody in the restaurant while we were waiting 45 minutes to be served.and by way we drove 5 minutes down the road to missions BBQ and was served in 5 minutes. avoid this place
Stephen and Kayla took great care of us. Our food and drinks were perfect. It was a great date night!!They had big parties all around us and they never missed a step!#kaylascurls

Right. I read that last post and thought to myself that maybe I should avoid… but I live here and have had good and bad experiences before so I took a chance. I’m sorry but this was great tonight. It wasn’t too packed and the waitresses where all kind. Maybe they could have been faster but to be honest I’m sure they were exhausted from being over worked (pandemic has affected the restaurant world a lot you know). Our waitress was the most polite girl and was doing her best to get everything out fast for us (we were a party of 4 and hungry). I didn’t know what to think… I was thinking the food would take forever but actually we only waited like 15 minutes? We had a feast and it was DELICIOUS. What more can you ask for? It’s relaxed, people are happy, food is good, service is good. I will DEFINITELY come back again. :)
Only reason I gave it a two star is because the food is so good. The customer service was so bad it blows my mind. Like I said the food was amazing. It took about 35 minutes to get food once ordered. Not once sitting down but once ordered. Never got a refill on my drink
