My family stayed at the Holiday Inn the Caribbean Grill is connected to the last week for Spring Break. We had several meals and drinks there throughout the week. The bartender Crystal was there almost every time and DOES AN OUTSTANDING JOB!! Great service and hospitality. The one night we had dinner there together, 3 of us got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, it had a Caribbean spin to it and was super flavorful. Definitely miles ahead on taste than the next best Alfredo I’ve had. My brother and I met Ron, the owner, at one of the many events they host at the restaurant and he was very friendly, a most gracious host. Although we didn’t talk to him long since he was busting his butt working non stop! I can’t say enough about how great the place is. If you’re in Fort Myers anywhere near here stop by for a pina colada and a bite to eat!!
