Very fast with App orders. Always pleasant employees to speak with. Would not recommend getting Hot Coffee from here. I ordered Hot Coffee returned it stating beans must be low in machine and could only taste hot water and cream. She made me a new coffee but it appears out of the same weak pot. Same hot water coffee provided a 2nd time. I had to throw away to avoid a belly full of hot water. The store either makes weak coffee on purpose or lack of caring to correct a known problem.
Gave me the WRONG Order. Called to let them know because I am now at work and Nobody has answered the phone. Called three times.
3 PM and they don't have any donuts! CRAZY, this is Dunkin Donuts.
Worst sandwich ever, burn, hard, just plain nasty. Couldn't eat it. Will never go back
Good donuts still today and this store still had French vanilla coffee coladas unlike a lot of the other stores this day and age
This place is DISGUSTING. I found a headless BEE in my coffee. Not only is that disgusting, but I am deathly allergic. Dunkin got lucky that I saw it before drinking it.
Stopped by to get some doughnuts around 4 pm. Only two people working, neither one of them acknowledged me standing at the counter. The young girl was checking her phone instead of waiting on customers. Waited for about 5-7 minutes before I just walked out.Very rude service!!!! Don’t recommend this DD
As for today this Dunkin gets one star but I wish I could give them none. Customer service was terrible they repeated the order back to me and STILL completely forgot my sandwich and an order of hash browns. Then we proceeded to go inside to correct the order and they AGAIN got it wrong. Not pleased at all.
I love treating myself to a breakfast sandwich from Dunkin. They have the best breakfast sandwiches!
