Very disappointed order two frozen iced coffee caramel . Basically got a cup of ice . To sip and had nothing but ice left I would’ve return it but I had to go to work . Y’all need to do better
It’s the way I’ve erased what I’m typing so many times because I have so many good things to say AH!!okay well,I’ll start off by saying I have never met sweeter girls, these are the some of the most hardworking women I’ve met. I used to spend my paycheck at Starbucks but I’ve completely stopped going because of this specific dunkin. Everytime I ask them to make me any kind of sweet coffee THEY DELIVER WITH THE BEST ONE IVE EVER HAD-EVERY TIME I send my poor husband to pick up “the best coffee I’ve ever had” 24/7 now. This is my favorite Dunkin’ location, as no other one has compared when I ask them to do the same. All the girls here deserve a raise :)If you guys are reading this-you’re all so pretty too!!? hope you have the best day:) keep it up??
How is it possible this DONUT shop didn't have any munchkins and there were only 4 donut flavors to choose from at 10:30 in the morning? Whoever is in charge of this shop should find another career - that doesn't include donuts!
They had a long line for their drive-thru so I order on the mobile app and I go to walk inside to wait for my order and they have the doors locked, the employees are just standing there staring at me and they never come to the door, they could’ve put a sign up or at least explained if there was a reason they were locked but nope.
This morning the service at the drive through window was horrible. The young lady didn’t want to be bother. No napkins and missing items from the order. No customer at all.
The omelet bites bacon cheddar were delicious and the new drink taste like green cinnamon sugar try it it's called ice matcha latee it's taste like vegan. The large iced cameras craze with an extra shot of espresso taste like a Carmel frappe from McDonald's try it. I also got a free drink that is called a punch passion fruit refresher it was a perfect taste after my coffees & meal it was made extra and given too me and it was kind of them to give it too me & everything was fresh and hot just the way I like it.
Great location. Staff is super friendly and the manager was happy to talk and answer any questions. Never had any issues with my order here, will be coming back.
This location stops the toaster at 530pm, per employee they can’t make any sandwiches or food items. I really wish this was posted somewhere, because they close at 7pm. Traveled to this location twice and both days there not making “any food items” between 530-600pm.
We visit several Dunkin’ s in Lee county and the Forum location is by far the best. Food is always perfect, never burnt, drinks are always perfect! We deal with a lot of food being made wrong, over cooked or under cooked at different locations, and watered down drinks. Have never had this issue here! You guys are perfect!
Ordered a dozen assorted doughnuts and they were dry and burnt! Very disappointed! If I wasn't tired from work, limited parking at this location and the traffic by the forum wasn’t as bad as it is on a Saturday I would definitely go back and ask for a refund. They don’t answer their phones either. :/
