Did she see us? We are standing here right or is it my imagination? Those are the questions I asked myself as I stood there waiting to place my order. I think drive tru would have been a better experience, but I wouldn't know that since I won't be returning because I wasted time standing there and not being acknowledged and my beverage tasted just like plain coffee not the flavor that I asked for..
When I'm working early I usually don't have time for breakfast. So, since my Dunkin Donuts shop is about 5 blocks from me I go by and get my new favorite fast breakfast. It's those two warm onion bagels stuffed with cream cheese and chives!!Along with those tasty puffs of warm goodness I had a coffee with a shot of espresso in it.Being from Miami I really wanted coffee con leche, which is a great way to start any day. If I could find a Cuban Cafenear me I sure would like to have a cuban breakfast!!Dunkin does it right with those onion bagels stuffed with warm cream cheese and chives, and their coffee with the espresso shot is pretty good - not Coffee con leche, but real good strong coffee just the same!Please go by and try this reasonably price breakfast!
The afternoon staff fr need to be fired?, I ordered a turkey sausage breakfast sandwich with no egg and they gave me an English muffin with just cheese. Cheese and bread. This was after they tried to give me the wrong order, so I repeated it not once, not twice, but three times. Who hired y’all???
Went to the drive thru this morning for two chai teas - one hot, one iced, both with coconut milk. The iced version was just coconut milk, no chai spice at all. The hot version was a cappuccino…not a chai tea, not a tea, but a cappuccino. How do you even get an order that wrong? Won’t go back.
Terrible service and the guy at the register was incredibly rude. Better off going to another Dunkin’ in the area

Sat and waited 45 minutes for six toasted bagels and a bacon egg and cheese bagel... Never got my bec bagel but sure had no problem charging 6 bucks for.it...also won't answer the phone . What a joke, worst Dunkin donuts ever.
I use drive thru. Staff has always been fun/friendly. Always a good product.
Try to avoid this location, I’ve waited 10 min for one bagel and they claimed they didn’t see my order on a Sunday afternoon when nobody was there. Worst customer service ever I’ve experience!!!
