worst dunkin ive been too, there completely understaff, everyday and i dont understand why this is the case..

It was a convenience store & Dunkin' at the Airport. No clerk on register for store products. You had to wait in the Dunkin' line to pay. Needless to say it was a long wait because everyone was ordering coffee & picking out donuts....s l o w l y....
Friendly staff & reasonable priced coffee compared to the rest of the airport.
Corn muffin , and Green tea... everything is fresh !
They charge different prices than what are on the menu. Check your receipt. GO2s are 2 for 6 and they charged full price for each. When staff was asked about it they said the posted advertise price wasn't right, no special. Isn't this false advertising?
I’d give 0 stars if I could! Terrible service, left me standing at the bookstore register for over 5 minutes, when I finally asked for a cashier Dunkin worker laughed, then said oh, you have to bring that over here. As I brought it over three of her friends? jumped in front of me and laughed as they said go to the end of the line. Then the cashier at Dunkin did not know how to ring up the purchase. Horrible nasty attitude, I would never go to this Dunkin location again. I’m I member of their rewards program and go to Dunkin on almost a daily basis all over the east coast, and have never been treated with such arrogance and disrespect. Sadly this location needs some training in customer service. (Plus they never have lemons for the iced tea!) Note to Dunkin this was in RSW Terminal D, approx 10:30 on 6/18; the rude female was working the register. Unfortunately I can’t call her a young lady as that would appear to credit her with some manners ?
I am a flight attendant, and before heading to my flight I stopped by for a caramel iced latte and a bagel w cream cheese, when my food was handed to me I made the mistake of trusting it was made correctly. Unfortunately it was only a bagel with no cream cheese, and my latte was 100% milk.I know this may sound trivial however I was boarding a 3 hour flight, and have a long day ahead me with not much time to eat so i was depending on this breakfast to get me through the morning and ended up throwing it all away.Very dissatisfied.
At the airport to pickup my son n grandson. Had some time to kill so I decided on Dunkin' instead of Starbucks. A bit of a mistake. The service was very slow. Part of it may be that they were training two individuals. The coffee was typical DD but it was lukewarm. Probably not return.
I don't understand why the chocolate powder you use have to be already sweetened. It is tooooo sweet.
