Every time my children and I go to this store they are either OVER charging us (having us pay for an item we did not ask for when my children go in by themselves), and they also offer subpar service. My children like going there is the ONLY reason I still pay for items there. The Dunkin Donuts further west on Palm Beach Blvd offers wayyy better service. It’s longer of a drive however we need to start spending our money there. I’d give no stars if that were an option. They need to treat their customers better- PERIOD -It’s apparent they do not care. So sad. I will no longer frequent that Dunkin Donuts!!!
This Dunkin Donuts really needs to step it up in terms of cleanliness and dining room sanitation maintenance.Overall , its not a bad place.
Slowest service of them all. Took 19 minutes this morning to go through drive thru. Was only 4 cars in front of me. They need to get there act together.
So disappointed in my latest experience here. So I pulled up to the speaker and I hear "Thanks for choosing Dunkins, I'll be with you in a moment". And I reply with "take your time". Then I hear "I will take my sweet @$$ time".....honestly it was soooo shocking I honestly didn't think I heard it until I heard "OMG I'm so sorry". Then another person came on and took my order. When I came up to the window a girl with a blonde ponytail and air pods in was like "i'm so sorry I thought you were my manager"......but is that the case, or did you forget to turn off your mic. Then they gave me this nasty chocolate frozen coffee. I don't even know what to think of Dunkin anymore.
I go to Dunkin every morning regardless of location. This is the worst Dunkin you can visit. The coffee here is never the same quality.My drink is never consistent.The food here isn’t done with pride. Soggy bacon and they don’t even toast the wraps/ sandwiches.
My experience at this Dunkin Donuts is a good one, it's very clean inside doesn't seem to always be busy on the inside, drive-thru is crazy, other than that they always seem to have what I like as far as Donuts in the muffins blueberry pacifically.??
Waiting 10 min in line while they serve on all drive tru orders ignoring us. After me asking if I should go through drive thru to get served she said no we will take care of it . Then they stand in front of me and continue taking ordersfrom drive tru. I asked her if she is serious and left...What a service!
I used to go to them everyday and I had the dunkin app but there rewards app is so bad they need to change it up a bit and give other things away besides when you get 200 points u get a free drink ... that get old after a while...LET JUST SAY I USED TO BE A DUNKIN GIRL !!! NOW IM A ? STARBUCKS GIRL ? ? ? EVERYDAY MORNING...
Drive thru wrapping around building so went in...2 people in front of me, I order an iced cappuccino and a warm bagel with cream cheese. It cleared out pretty quick I got my bagel first waited waited waited several people came in after me got their orders and left. I waited waited and I walked out without my coffee feeling Starbucks needed attention.
Good as they have ever been, service was reasonably quick for the time of morning I visited and ordered 2 dozen donoughts.
