Just went there for breakfast they said they couldn’t make any food because they were short staff well u looking in the window u see a worker texting another talking and the other just standing around…. Just plan out lazy !!!!
Staff is very unprofessional. The cashier gave my boyfriend 15 free extra donut holes in hopes of getting his number the other day. He was uncomfortable and caught completely off guard. He avoided giving it to her, but she continued to pursue. The situation was very uncomfortable. If you’re attractive and want free donuts then this is the place to go… other than that i’d recommend going to any other dunkin location.
Those new mini stuffed bagels are great! Warm when you get them that cream cheese and chive filling makes it sooo good!
The food and drinks were excellent but the lady behind the counter with the false lashes was rude. The next day I visited a different location so I didn't have to deal with negativity.
Didn't have what I wanted. Ok. Asked what they had and she says what I want,?? Order was totally wrong. Wrong bagels made the wrong way. Wrong donuts. CT

My favorite dunkin, they are always polite. The occasional messed up order but they make up for it in other ways.

Good food ... Drinks are mediocre at best Services okay stud align for a while seven different people there behind the counter but only one running a register and it was the manager been there several times same situation every time
Okay... I order a coffee with non dairy milk, ie almond or Soy either one. The woman at the counter just doesn't understand. She asks me if I want cream or milk? I said non dairy Milk soy or almond. She told me she can give me cream. My girl says just forget it, we'll ask for it on the other side of the counter, where we pick up the order. Sure enough we ask another person for Almond or Soy milk on the side, cause our order was already served. The woman understood exactly what we said.. as she's filling the cup the first woman who initially took the order told her " she wants cream!" I said no we don't want cream we want non dairy Milk soy or Almond. Then another woman tells me to relax, i told her this shouldn't be so difficult. In the end my girl just got fed up and said " forget it i don't want anything" ... and we left. I dk why ordering a coffee with non dairy milk was so difficult. Just doesn't make any sense ? #dunkindrama
