Place is ran by kids and is a joke. They get s little busy and they shut the lobby down. Make you go through the drive through for mobile orders placed for pick up. Mind you the drive through is backed up to the road. I will never return to the God forsaken place. Much rather travel down to bonita. Don't advertise that you are open for pick up. Then last minute close the lobby because your team can't handle a morning rush. That's due to poor management.
As you can see in the picture I ordered a walk in pick up order upon arrival I was rudely told by an employee that the lobby was close and that I was going to have to get in line at the drive-through which we're busting out of the seams, I mean this drive thru was going around the parking lot 2 times. If I wanted to go through the drive-through I would have went there at the beginning I wouldn't have came up and I wouldn't have hit walking on the app I would have hit drive-through don't you think. So I was forced into getting into the drive-through to get my order, which I didn't do. My wanted to drink came out not only did he not disuse the situation he basically told me he had no control over having that walk on button or walk in button on the app on the app they have no control over that they were just so busy they didn't want to open the lobby up and have more orders coming in different ways they wanted everybody just as pile in into the drive thru because they know that half of them wouldn't go throw it like myself. Sadly I'm I'm leaving a one star review like like everybody else it seems due to poor management skills lack of customer service what do I mean lack of there was none, The people over at corporate agree with me I shouldn't have been forced in getting my drink through the drive-through when I placed it through walking but you know what who who wins at the end of this not me but you know what who cares hopefully somebody reads this review and doesn't go there because guess what it'll probably save you a whole bunch of stress time time and to be well worth it to go somewhere else I promise you that.
Just you normal d&dOther than February 15th they had the inside closed for training drive thru access only and I walk. So no coffee for me that day.
When the drive-thru line is backed up to the school, park the car and step inside. You'll be at the front of the line for fast service.
We got three donuts. They were thrown in the bag with no separation. All on top of each other and sticking to each other and the Boston cream was broken open leaking out everywhere I wouldn't have served that to my grandkids.
Is always such friendly ladies working there that makes my breakfast and hands me my stuff they are so kind we need more people like this thank you so much and by the way the food is delicious in the hot chocolate hot chocolate is probably #2 in my book book so we will have to keep trying on that.
Store was out of skim milk for my iced coffee. They forgot to put butter on my toasted everything bagel. Everytime I go to this store there always seems to be an issue with my order.
Just like EVERYONE else is saying. This Dunkins blows!! It all starts with management. I recommend driving to a different location. Good Luck!
2021, and this place is *still* incredibly slow.
Wonderful staff, very uplifting and friendly. Excellent place to eat and relax for lunch when it's like 103 degrees outside.
