I order from this Dunkin's every day. Its hit or miss on the quality of service you will receive. If the young people are running the show your service wont be that great. I constantly have to wait for my order if the young people are there without the manager around. I order from my home, which is 15 minutes away. I wait for a few minutes once I order and then head that way. Sometimes my order is ready ( small hot coffee) and sometimes I have to ask for it. Overall, the quality of product is good just the service is poor
The most unorganized Dunkin i’ve ever been to. Everyone was running around like chickens with their heads cut off and nobody knew what they were doing. Took me 20 minutes for someone to hand me a crossaint before I asked for it. My crossaint was SO DRY.
This complaint is about the “GENERAL MANAGER MARIA” you have single handedly ruined my experience for this location due to your lack of professionalism and customer service!!! I have been going to this location for 7 years and never had an issue until you started working here. The last 2 months have been horrible! I stopped coming here everyday (like normally) because she would purposely make me wait for an on the go mobile order; 15-25 minutes every time!! So I started placing my order well before I even made it to the location thinking okay maybe they are really busy I would order while I am on 41 Cleveland/Old Gladiolus (by Walmart) and my order still wouldn’t be ready. Also my order is NEVER on the on the go section it’s always behind the counter and I have to ASK for it EVERYTIME!! But TODAY 3/16/22 my experience was just crazy. I waited well over 25 minutes for my order. My food was already done but my frozen coffee and doughnut were being held up by Maria. I heard another young lady working ask her where’s the frozen coffee for the mobile order and Maria replied “ I’ll make it don’t worry work on the others” another 3-5 minutes and my order still was not up. She called approx 6 other ppl after me who ordered in line, and gave them their orders. I asked the young man who made me my food 25+ mins ago where is the rest of my order please. I’m just waiting on the drink and doughnut. Maria replied I am still working on it one moment give us sometime. I then recited her conversation with the other employee. “Well you need to wait I’m working on it”. She then proceeded to get in a shouting match with me when I mentioned to her she purposely holds my food behind the counter instead of placing it where the mobile orders are and how she intentionally makes me wait. Again this was intentional and MARIA took it upon herself to hold Up time (making my children late to school and me to work) because she wants to hold some type of power, because she is the “GENERAL MANAGER”. I wouldn’t have taken this so personal had I not heard the other employee insist on making the order because it has been waiting a while. The more interesting part of her shouting match was “you can go somehowhere else”. After 7 years ma’am I will gladly go somewhere else because now I don’t know what your capable of doing to my order. DUNKIN you should not want someone representing your company such as this; especially not in such a prestige location. 7 years .. 7 years I have been at this location and it took Maria less than 30 minutes to RUINNNNNN my experience. Needless to say; I did not drink the frozen coffee finally made and given to me by her. There’s no telling what was put in it since she specifically wanted to make it herself. I have filed a complaint with corporate as well.
Is good but need to hired more personnel or training them, is ALWAYS a big line to order and wait for after that
Service was trash, we had a lady who we had to remake our 3 times and wrung us up totally wrong and charged us $7 extra. Couldn’t stand it.
I come here almost EVERY DAY for over a year and I order a Charlie cold brew and some mini bagels and this crew is Phenomenal!!! I absolutely LOVE them I have seen how they handled angry customers which is awesome, I see how fast they work through a good rush and how they all stay upbeat and super friendly how my order is ALWAYS made with love and that extra touch always up to par. I walk out all the time smiling ready to start my day and satisfied excited to come back the next morning. THANK YOU GUYS
The place was fine donuts seemed a little dry. Also the type of people customer wise who make their way there seem rude and unsettling. Also many of these customers here do not wear masks and then laugh about COVID. I will try other dunkins in the area. Store setup was nice and smelled good though.
They have good coffee and on nice days you can sit outside.
To be honest I am extremely disappointed in customer service at this franchise. I have been going there daily for years when I'm in Ft. Myers and only a couple of workers who I remember from last year are up to the task. The newer people are more interested in chatting with each other than serving customers. Wait way too long to receive a coffee.
Uhhhh the first DD I've seen without a drive through ? but it's good.
