Very rude staff. Drive a few more miles out and find a better Dunkin'.EDIT: I left the above review 8-months ago and haven't been back since. I decided to give this location another shot and received the same rude service from staff. They're all young, Gen-Z kids working and it shows.
We normally enjoy going to Dunkin'. Unfortunately, this time they were out of almost everything.We asked for a sesame bagel.The woman said they didn't have sesame, so we asked for a plain bagel.The woman then said, "well, we don't have any bagels."It took us a while to finally choose something they actually had available.
How do you mess up:Bacon,Egg, and cheese on a plain bagel. I will get either a croissant or a plain bagel with nothing on it. Has this happened 4 times in the past year at this Dunkin, YEP! What’s even more hilarious is I told the lady at the drive thru window, to make sure the 3rd and 4th time.. what did I still get??!! So, I think it boils down to they just don’t care or they enjoy being trolls.
Great Service. I love the workers there. They are all so kind and pleasant.

This dunkin is sooo bad. Customer service 0/10. Always rude. Always get my orders wrong. They never read back the orders at the speaker which could prevent mistakes. I get bagel minis almost every time and every time always cold. I don’t understand. They all act miserable. No smiles. Whisper when they talk. Never again. This dunkin is convenient because it’s next to my job but never again
I don't even have to give them my order, they know me when i pull up to the mic to place my order. Absolutely amazing experience everytime i go!!!

Ordered online. Stopped at box and told employee I had an online order. Instructed to come to window. 4 staff persons who all saw me without any acknowledgement for 5 minutes before waiting on me. Customer service lacking Big time.
Was quiet and somewhat clean. The staff is not that friendly but the food was served hot and fairly quick.
