They actually jipped up 2 donuts but they were super short staffed (so much so that only the drive thru was open) and were doing the best they could! ?
Only dunkin place that charges 50 cents more per cup of tea with no ice. Complained to the manager and got a bad response/attitude.
Lobby closed. No notice. No signs. Just locked doors. Poor business. Will NEVER come here again.
Mgr Vanessa abusive, racist. Had white customer pull up for 2 item order-waited 5+ minutes...won't wait twice for a simple 2 item order. Too bad they can't keep quality employees, used 2 b go to location.
Terrible service. Staff lack motivation & direction. I waited 20min for a box of Joe & a dozen donuts for our morning meeting at work. Had I not already paid...I would not have waited. Will NEVER go bk. I've tried on 3 seperate occasions in store & drive thru... they have always failed to deliver good service..
Unorganized! I stopped in this morning 5/26 around 10am and the lobby was closed.. I ended up at Starbucks. Haven't had any really good experiences over there. Good help is hard to find but, it's only coffee for goodness sakes.

Always a good stop for coffee hot or cold. I'm not into all the sugar drinks and not ao much for donuts, though a good kruller is always nice.As for food I have to admit I enjoy the avocado toast with bacon topping and the snakin bacon.Always better prices than Starbucks and if you like strong coffee, they have it now in many varieties and much MUCH less than Stsrbucks.This location has come a long way since they finally have staffing to support inside and drive-thru.The manager is very hands-on and really helps fill gaps, pulls up her sleeves and gets fully into the work flow.
My local Dunkin, the line always moves fast. Coffee is consistently good.
