Only person in the drive thru, ordered on the mobile app and still took at least 5 minutes to get 1 frozen drink. Only saw 1 person inside ordering.
Our mistake to buy something other than a doughnut!!! Seeking a quick sandwich to get back on-the-road, we ordered "toasted cheese" sandwiches.Prepared on a "DIRTY" grill where the cheese blended with unknown 'GUNK' we had to deposit them in the first trash can we located.
I have been here twice, and both times I have walked out because of the super slow service. After 8 minutes of waiting today in a line with 3 people (1 person was helped and left when I entered), I walked out. I understand it is super busy in the mornings but management needs to account for that.
The lady running the drive thru this morning was very fast and efficient. She was by herself and handled herself well. She was quicker than most DD that I've been to with a full staff. I was 4th in line and got a food order. I pulled out within 2 minutes from ordering with 3 cars ahead of me. I was very impressed.
I’ve never been to a location where they hire only deaf and blind people. They have messed up my order 7/7 times. You would think after complaining and sending back the coffee so much being a regular they would remember. No. This new afternoon crew, needs some help. Majorly.
As a worker here at dunkin i just want to say we work very hard and fast it does get over whelming but we get the job done every time, fast food is not easy and is not always “ fast “ all of my co workers work to the best instinct that they can and keep a smile on their faces at all times.
Just got myself a coffee and a couple donuts for my kids from this location. The guy working the window was FANTASTIC! They were super fast and beyond friendly. I wish every location was half this efficient! ?
There were only two people working. When was in the back fixing sandwiches and such the other one was in front trying to take care of the front counter and the drive-thru. I heard the one taking care of the counter and drive to complaining about there should be three people for the shift. It sounded as if the manager was supposed to be working also but left. I had to stand at the front counter for a little over 10 minutes because the server was still waiting on people that were there previously and the drive-thru. The donut case was lacking in choices. It was very poorly stocked.
Amanda should get a raise the way she treats customers! Great service and food. will definitely be returning and thank you Amanda for making our Dunkin experience so amazing! :)
Friendly staff. Amanda is also a great worker and is a people person. Not too busy in the lobby if you want some peace and quiet while checking emails etc. on your laptop or mobile device.
