Waited 15 minutes while at the speaker box for someone to take my order, She said they are training and it may take a while. Which I understood. I then asked hi are you ready yet, and she said like I said “we’re training, there is a Dunkin down the street if you need to go”. I get the understaffed frustration, but a manager should be on shift training, and not relying on standard employees to be training during a morning rush. the coffee is always good though.

I will always honestly admit that I am not a patient person. If there is an option to order ahead and pick up my order, I will ALWAYS do so. Nothing is a bigger waste of time than standing around waiting for food. With that being said, I only eat DD via preordering through the app and walking in to pick up. I placed my order prior to being in route to the store and when I got there, my order wasn’t done. Everyone behind the counter was busy doing something which I respect. I stopped a gentleman and informed him that I was there to pick up and he told me it would be out….. let me just skip to the parts that annoyed me. 1. My order wasn’t made until I mentioned my order. Is no one paying attention to mobile orders? 2. One of the girls had an issue that I was having an issue with my PREORDERED food not being ready. If she applied that attitude to better doing her job, I’m sure less people would be upset. 3. The doughnut that I ordered was out of stock. All that time that I spent standing there waiting for my order, no one realized that the doughnut was out of stock? 4. I order 3 items: a coffee, a sandwich, and a doughnut. Two of my items were prepared and I had to mention that I was missing my doughnut. Is it not standard to ensure an order has everything before turning your back on a customer? Even if it’s out of stock, is “Excuse me, unfortunately, the doughnut you ordered is out of stock, xyz is the closet replacement we have, would you like that instead?”, so hard. 5. I’m assuming she’s a manager or a GM, whatever she is, was sitting in the lobby doing computer work during this entire interaction because when they were out of the doughnut I wanted she was yelling from the lobby to the people behind the counter to check another area or to offer me munchkins. Unacceptable. As a manager if you are going to instruct your staff to do anything, GET UP AND WALK OVER. Do not yell across the store putting me in the middle. As a manager you should know what your store does or does not have. I understand that I ordered through the app, if your store doesn’t have something go through the correct channels to have the item marked out of stock for your store in the app. Not that anyone is worried about me but, I will NEVER EVER EVER, come back to this store again. I wish staff and management best of luck and I hope they do better going forward.

Me and my friends have been to this store several times and we always deal with really rude customer service and them getting our orders wrong but today took the cake. My friend made an online order and they only gave her about half the food that she ordered so she went back to get the rest and they gave her someone else's order. When we called to inquire about a refund they made it seem like it was her fault that she got the wrong food and told her that she would have to file for a refund on the app. The app does not give refunds, I'm pretty sure that they just told us that because they didn't want to deal with us. So if you want to actually go to a Dunkin and get the food that you ordered and paid for, I would look to another location

I think Dunkin’s are pretty standard in quality but rating this one because the staff is super nice and above the norm.

I go here very frequently because it's close to my home and on the way to work. Every single time it never fails when I order 1 order of stuffed plain bagel minis, they come out with ice still in the center. They have scorched them 1 time. and the other times (50+) that I've been here they have been close to frozen in the center and barely Luke warm on the outside. This place can easily be a top tier store due to its location, but I'm assuming since the employees aren't trained in how to use their own toaster oven and listen to orders, they are receiving bad reviews. You've lost yet another customer today.

If you come to Dunkin’ solely for coffee or breakfast sandwiches, you’ll be satisfied. Warm staff who was very helpful

I stopped coming to this location 4 month ago because of issues. I should have continued to avoid them.It never fails to amaze me EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I come through this drive through- I order the special coffee of the season and I hear, "We no longer have that." Yet all of the signs are up... if you are continuously running out of the ingredients, perhaps you should place larger supply orders? That's just a thought. Also, the last 3 macchiatos that I have purchased from this location are basically just milk. I thought the point of a fancy coffee was the COFFEE. Again, just a thought. This location is the most convenient one on the way to work. Apparently I need to plan extra time to hit the one on Pondella, seeing as how they make wonderful coffee every time (not to mention that they have all of the things that are advertised). This location is a joke.

Every morning despite operating hours being listed they have the lobby shut down. Ordering on mobile app for in store pick up is a challenge with this store. No signs to indicate why lobby is closed. Very irritating to order for in store pick up and then have to wait in the 15 car long drive thru line.

Been a Dunkin Fan for a long time.Just wish the drinks were made the same at all locations. Like Starbucks does. Can't seem to get my iced caramel coffee made right anymore no matter which location I go too.Employees always look very overworked and stressed so give them five stars keeping their cool.Maybe because stores understaffed.

Lady (my receipt says Nicole) gave me sass over asking for a jumbo hot chocolate when I should of said XL. Asked for an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, she asked me on what did I want it on and I asked what the choices are but was met with silence. I asked if it was either on a croissant or muffin thing (my brain couldn’t remember the name for English muffin) and she goes “You tell me.” I said never mind and asked for it on the muffin thing and when I get to the window it’s a gentleman that takes my money. I make it to work 15 minutes later and I have a boring sandwich with just egg and the English muffin. Called the store 3 times and no one picked up. Trash. So 1 star it is.
