Ordered the Bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin and paid for extra bacon, they made it normal without extra bacon, so we gave it back and let them know it was paid for and there's no extra bacon, so they made her a new sandwich without even melting the cheese on it and the sandwich was cold.
I always go to this Dunkin during the week it’s in my way to work. I get great customer service during the week.Today my son rode his bike up to get us donuts, his was treated terribly and was shorted food. So when he went to ask for what was missed she said….what? He told her and she threw it in the bag! Now when i try to call to talk to mgr no one will answer the phone!!!! I just want what i pay for and good customer service. It’s not rocket science!!!

First time dining in this Dunkin location. Were very happy with our order it was correct and tasting good. The staff were nice and sweet very fast service. The restaurant was clean. Overall it was a good breakfast we enjoyed our time there.
The cashier treated my wife like crap and rolled his eyes at her when he heard her foreign accent.
There is a reason for this low rating. Rude service. Cashier walked away because he thought I was taking too long to order.
Stopped for coffee before meeting my seller to get photos to list their condo for sale in North Fort Myers. If you are an early riser it is one of few coffee shops open near the area. Service was the best and always enjoy the free wifi to get my work done.
