I won't bore you with a list of reasons not to come here or use Dunkin products. That is just not my angle. The problem is not simply that this store that has terrible customer service and their employees act like we should thank them simply for showing up to work. Unfortunately this is just a common issue amongst all Dunkins across the board. There are at least 5 different ones on my way to work and I have visited them all and they are no different. The customer service is definitely the worst part of this chain. Dunkin just do a better job of training your employees and remember with out us (paying customers) you wouldn't be in business. I write this review as is sip my Grande Mocha from starbucks that is not even a minute away from this location. and the only one on my way to work.
I've been to this location twice on my way to work and have not had great experiences either time. The first time my food was cold and coffee was made wrong. Second time the coffee was black (no sugar or cream added) and the food order was wrong. I will not be coming back here.
Kinda disappointing, my small coffees were basically 70 percent milk :( Can you guys just please make coffee right (it’s your job) … And pay more attention to your online orders because my coffee wasn’t even customized but I paid for it in the app. j guess I’ll stick to paying $9 for my coffee at Starbucks for now at least it’s more flavorful
Not sure a better DD exists. I hit this place almost 3 times a week at 630 AM and I get friendly quick service every time.
Kevin and the other two ladies who work in the morning are fantastic. They have excellent customer service skills. I will always go there for my drink. They always make it just the way i love it. The other dunkins in the area just gave me a nasty iced coffee for a cappuccino. If you want the best customer service, the best coffees , & the best everything else do not hesitate to go to that location. Good job guys?❤
Stoped in to use the internet an had the pleasure to meet Misty at the register. She smiled, said hello, brought me my coffee to the table and all with a bis smile. Coffee taste the same but with people like Misty serving you it tastes 10X better ! Thanks
The morning crew is the best at this location! Tiffany and Kevin are awesome! They always have a smile on their face and make it a great experience.
Absolutely the worst customer service!! Couple young employees who need to change their attitudes real fast! Worst smart mouth. Nobody go here.
Walked in, drive through was SLAMMED!!!Kevin was working, great guy, happy.Hard working.Got me some strong coffee and food.I love when employees are just in good mood and doing their thing.Kevin from RhodeIsland made the experince, two hot chicks were working to boot!Get your coffee fix with a delicious donut!
It was refreshing to enter a Dunkin' Donuts and see employees working happily. Day and night contrast compared to the one by i-75 off of colonial boulevard.
