The food was good, but you couldn't use the restroom even for waiting for your order.
Ordered pizza and cheese bread last night and it was phenomenal! Best pizza in a very long time. I had been shying away from this Dominos because of the long delivery times and the less than stellar food I received the last 2 orders. I tried again last night after a few months and these guys are back on there A game. They were my go to for pizza for the last 10 years because of the dependable service and good food. Happy to have them back for my Friday pizza fix.
I was having an issue with a coupon I received in the email. When I called, a few of the workers were very honest and helpful, understanding that I wasn’t interested in forcing them to give me a “freebie”, but wondering if the issue is on my end. The most helpful was Sean - he was very patient and thorough in helping me understand their app is the issue.My issue wasn’t actually resolved, but little frustrating things like this melt away when customer service is stellar.Thank you for being a classy store!
Well I just found out that Domino's is under new management ( yahoo) the place needed this bad .. So with this new management system they have going on over there I have ordered from them a few times .. Let me just say it's so much better food ,service, and just over all a positive change for this company... So let's see how much more they can accomplish down the road ... My family just about orders a little bit of everything on the menu and it's changed for the better... ? ???❤???????
They do not follow instructions whatsoever whether you order from the app or you talk to them on the phone the only time that my food gets made properly as if I physically walk into the location I called folks one of the young ladies told her how I wanted my food prepared she said she could not do that I asked for a manager the manager came on said they would do it and they still did not make my food properly this has happened more than 10 times also have called and been hung up on I'm always polite as possible I've never yelled so I don't understand why the employees seem to be incompetent and can't do their job
It's not the best pizza but it was hot and fast which was the expectation going into it.
I order the same thing every week an they still can’t get it right lol I only eat here cause of the deals.
Do yourself a favor and call Papa John's. My last two orders from here been an hour+ from order to delivery. Tonight's driver couldn't even read numbers on the mailbox next door without parking and getting nose-to-nose with the mailbox. Then he goes to house across street. Upon complaining to the store, I was told that the delivery drivers are out if their control. Absolutely unacceptable.
So I have been using this dominoes for about 2 years now and they haven't failed me yet? there a group very respectful young Men and women working there and in a ? like today its great to know that good people are still out there the best part is that my ? was hot and lil Caesar's ready?
