Came for that Big Grand Slam Breakfast! They did not disappoint! Jennifer our server was friendly and was greeting us as we walked in the door, delivering our order quickly with hot food and came by in a timely fashion to fill our coffee cups with some of the richest, tastiest coffee I've tasted in a long time! Watch out IHOP! Their coffee inched past yours in robust flavor all it needed was a splash of cream. My over medium eggs were done perfectly and the shredded potatoes were wonderful. Not greasy but flavored perfectly.After enjoying enough coffee to float us back to our car, we already decided to come back next week and try some more tantalizing breakfast ideas. Potatoes with melted cheese anyone? Jennifer was great and we'll sit in her section again cause we know we'll get great service!Go! Eat! At Dennys! Can't speak for all their diners, but the one on Gladiolous and Summerlin was the BOMB!
I ordered moons over my hammy... supposed to have actual ham on it...pictures of what I got...2 VERY SLIM Shaved SMALL SLICES.. and picture of what's it's SUPPOSED to beBut price went up... basically paid almost $11 for egg sandwich..I'll go elsewhere from now on
Very rude staff ! Didn't listen to my full oder. store was dirty ...We drove 45 minutes just to eat here!Maybe just an off day, we all have them.However I will never eat here again...The waitress never gave her name and no name tags! She was so unfriendly.
When we cleared the table to make space for the five lunches we ordered, we discovered a giant roach struggling for life on the table. We quietly moved to the next table and decided to stay. The manager gave us a $3 discount instead of comping our meals. Imagine what it would have cost if we just got up to leave? Wrong choice manager.
This was just as I opened it!!! A late night meal for my son, trying to get something healither than a burger and THIS is what I got!!! Supposed to be a turkey dinner! Theres no slices of turkey, but scraps rather. Chewed maybe, looks like it was scraped off of people.plates! I now know Dennys is absolutely disgusting and possibly dangerous! Do better! I will by never eating here again. Cooperate, WHERE ARE YOU?!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Food was excellent! Our waitress was very kind but she was serving so many tables it was hard for her to keep up. I felt like the Denny’s was under staffed for a breakfast rush. They did the best they could have with what they had…We will probably be back the next time we are in town.
The food was good, but here's why I'm giving five stars. I went in, first time at this location. I sat down at the counter for a few, no one spoke to me or even looked my direction. This young man (so wish I would have gotten his name) came out of no where and looked at me and said, " are you okay, has anyone helped you?" He then got another young man to take my order. These two were the only two in the building that even spoke to me or acknowledged I was sitting there. They were so friendly and kind. They both had beautiful smiles and would honestly brighten anyone's day. Been in a lot of places here, this is one of the first were I received customer service like this. We should be more friendly to each other, we never know what someone else is going through. A friendly smile goes a long way. Thank you guys for just being kind and helping me out.
Glad to see it's under new management, we were seated right away. However, the omelette was overcooked and the eggs were dry, had to request extra napkins, sugar and cream for coffee and tea. Management did assure us that the kitchen's getting better all the time and they were sorry that the eggs were dry. We also use our AARP discount
Service was great, waitress was friendly and very helpful.The food was awful ?.Ordered the chorizo skillet with tortillas.Chorizo was burnt onions non existent and green peppers were also done to a crisp.Tortillas were microwaved. Told the waitress and she offered to help. I said it was okay I was hungry.
I have lived in fort myers area for 2 years and this was by far the worst experience I have had yet. To start the waitress was very rude. Second I just wanted an omelette and she told me I had to get toast and hash browns. I said I will pay for them but I don’t want them. I had to get them anyway. What? You can’t just get an omelette. My husbands gravy was like water. And I personally watched a staff member pour milk back in a jug after pouring 2 glasses instead of just 1. Gross. Then the picture below is what my husband seen going to the restroom. The can is catching a water leak from the urinal. Gross. Call a plumber. It says under new management. Clearly still the same mentality
