The food is great but sadly the lady working the truck today was extremely rude when my husband nicely brought to her attention that his order was incorrect. I would highly recommend the food itself but customer service was terrible unfortunately which makes us not want to come back.
By far best seafood and barbecue
Oh my goodness, this food is delicious and the staff are awesome!! First I ordered the brisket dinner with their baked beans and Cole slaw - more than I could eat, I got 2 meals out of it. This past Saturday I was moving, I wanted to make sure my helpers ate so I ordered 2 of the #3 BBQ Eaters Choice. So much food, everyone was raving about how good it was. I will definitely be back and I will definitely be recommending Deep Down South BBQ.
This is the best BBQ I have ever had. I had Uber eats deliver and there was so much food, I'm having it for dinner tomorrow. The food was hot and the sauce is out of this world. The cornbread is excellent!! I cannot think of anything bad about this place! It's great!
It has good food, no excellent food, pleasant employees, Convenient access and parking. The ribs tonight fell off the bone, sauce is amazing. They were out of the brisket tonight, but the last time the flavor or seasoning was right on. They were busy, we had to wait,but we’ll worth the wait. Will I go back? Absolutely.
The man was right. Best cornbread I've had, should have got a separate order so I didn't have to share with my husband. Great BBQ, coleslaw, wings, and desserts. Will be back for more.
This is no joke, the ribs are so amazing. My first bite had my eyes close as I was in heaven and when I finished all I could think was I need more. The ribs were perfectly cooked, and then u add some sweet bbq sauce and I had bbq perfection. Thank you Al and team.. simply amazing ? ?
I’m not gonna lie you might see your next birthday waiting for your food if you don’t call ahead of time but I don’t care. Whoever is in the kitchen most def putting they foot, neck, back and soul into the food. Every time I get a plate and taste the food, attitude be disappearing and I’m thanking the ancestors. The cooks in the kitchen doing serious wrist work iktr. I can taste the power of a thousand aunties arms in the food, forever grateful to whoever mammy and aunties taught them how to cook fr. Might be running on cpt but it’s worth the wait to be full n happy! Support black business, period.

Thank you to Mr. Albert, Ms. Roxy, and Ms. Layla for making the student and staff luncheon happen at my school. Thank you for catering our event! The process of obtaining a quote, selecting menu items, and delivery went so smoothly. I called and emailed Mr. Albert repeatedly to ensure all things were in order and he never was bothered! The food was amazing and the students and staff appreciated the BBQ glazed chicken, pulled pork, Mac n' Cheese, Collard Greens, Green Beans, Cornbread, Dinner Rolls, and the variety of cakes brought for dessert. I look forward to the next time we can have them cater an event!I eat at Deep Down South regularly and the food is quite amazing! The customer service is also impeccable. They do get very busy, so I recommend calling ahead and you'll be in and out.
