Service & food was excellent!! Onions rings was nice & crispy; the tenders were to die for & the flame thrower burger was mouthwatering! Will definitely come back! Thank you <3
I love DQ and the burgers..but this place was highly disappointing the cheese was cold and not melted the bun was not warm.. for some reason there was peanuts floating around in my strawberry shake just amazes me that dairy Queen has worked so hard to make all their franchise stores be exactly the same and this store is able to fall between the cracks with a very disappointing quality of food and service
We’re down here on a vacation, me and my family. Very disappointed. I had to repeat my order a more than enough times, fries were soggy and almost cold, chicken strips were old, my toast wasn’t cut in half, the children’s cheeseburger was a mess, their fries were just as bad, the onion rings were damn near cold. Do better. I understand the world is understaffed but seriously, make that extra effort. The ONLY good thing out of all this was our ice cream, those were perfect! I truly do appreciate everyone on this team
So after receiving a "Chicken strip basket" with barely any fries and less chicken than ordered. The general manager Amanda went out of her way to make sure they make up for the mistake. We will definitely come back again.
Everything was amazing the store was clean my experience was a good 8/10 because the blue hair girl was being rude to her coworkers
Came 03/09/22 around 9pm. The girl working drive thru with blue hair. Is rude. And needs to be retrained on etiquette she’s rude. Kept slamming the window in our face. Not sure why we overheard her say something about wanting to Punch a customer in the face. Yikes. She is the reason I would avoid coming here

Totally unacceptable, arrived Feb. 26 appropriately 6-7pm. Gave order and went outside with table marker # 1. Waited appropriately 30-35 min. with no food delivery. Went in to ask of food delivery. They the employees stated our food was delivered. We didn't receive food and still had table marker. After some confusion on they offered to remake. When received food very small portions of cold fries and the 2 triple burgers were burnt hard and crispy. We just left after being there 1&a half hours. Never again, if your business is down in sales I understand why!
This is a great place. It's open late when most places are closed in our area of fort Myers. So it's a great place to go to after eating at a restaurant when everything else is closed and getting a last bite dessert or ice cream or shake
Went through the drive through about an hour ago and ordered a 1/2lb grill burger with no onions or ketchup THAT part they got right! A 5 minute drive home and I opened the paper that was wrapped what looked like a 2 yr old did it…it was dripping wet on the bottom …bun was absolutely drenched and just falling apart. The lettuce was brown and clear and the TINY piece of tomato didn’t even resemble a tomato at all! maybe a tomato skin that was stomped on! Just absolutely disgusting! the cheese was all stuck to the wet paper wrap and there was none on the meat. The only thing that looked ok was the meat patties and my dogs appreciated them. I will NEVER go back! Soggiest burger ever! garbage! Donna Clee
