This sandwich was one of my most liked posts on Instagram. I think they did a phenomenal job. Look at the reviews: mostly 5 stars with a couple of 1's from folks who may have just been having a bad day. But the quality of this food is top notch!

Food truck has been at scotties a lot . Have tried it a few times and never been good . Always seems to be dry and chewy. Not a fan
Ordered the Hillbilly Deluxe @ $10.They simply threw everything into a styrofoam container with no dividers and put the container into a plastic bag.When I got home, I had a single pile of cole slaw, baked beans, mashed potatoes, and pulled pork all mixed together.And for an extra dollar I got a piece of cornbread the size of a postage stamp.

Poor Customer Service. I ordered online and walked over to pick it up. I waited 45 minutes, while others around me placed and picked up orders. I asked about my order twice and was told it was being made. The third time I asked they pulled my order ticket down (where it had been hanging for 45 minutes) and said they would get it done. No apologies for the wait. I took the order home, finally, only to find it was not my order. I walked back over (with a broken foot in a walking cast) and explained it was wrong. Again, no apologies, nothing. Finally got the correct order. Got home, no cole slaw, which was clearly written on the order by them. I believe in second, and even third, chances. We're all human. But with not even an apology, they won't have my business again.
