Horrible service! We went there at 7:05 pm on Saturday, 6/18/22 & ordered a pork tenderloin value basket. Finally was served it 7:40-7:45. The lady that appeared to be the manager was rude & nasty when we went to the counter for the 2nd/3rd time to unguided where our food was. They need some adult supervision. Other than the lady that may or may not have been a manager, everyone appeared to be 15-16 years old. There is no excuse for an order to take that long. Even good restaurants don’t take that long.
We have eaten at this culvers a few times a month and it was great. This time was the exception. I ordered a double bacon deluxe with no onions. When I got the burger it had lot of onions to pull out.Wife and I than ordered dessert. Two hot fudge sundaes. One vanilla and one with flavor of the day. Did not receive a receipt.Wife's Sunday had hot fudge mine was a scoop in a cup. When I brought it back the told me they would have to charge extra.
Very nice friendly team & clean operation.Burgers and fries were hot and fresh. My 3 piece Fish basket with fries and onion rings had good size portions. While you could tell the fish portions are a quality product, this time looks that for what ever the reason the fish was defrosted before cooking and the final product came out with a brownish breading, with plenty cooking oil entrapment between the breading and fish....not good at all. This is not usual, I had never been serve like this before.Kitchen team should be trained to spot this finish product irregularities, so it does not reach the customer.Same issue with the onion rings...they were stuck together and brownish color, same indication of product handling temperature abuse issues. Will I keep coming back?.... Of course yes, this location is really pretty good, and must probably I would not experience this again.May my review catch the eye of the GM at this location and improvement can be made.
When was the first time we visited a Culver's and it was exactly like the commercial says absolutely wonderful hamburgers I don't think it'll be patronizing many other burger places besides Culver's outstanding quality product well worth the money
I love the Culvers franchise and everything about it, but this place has always been disappointing. I’m not even that mad about the long wait times for food in the drive through. But I always find my food either made wrong or stale and underwhelming every time I go. It is always something different when I go there.
Quality of sandwich was awful. I paid for a double and only received a single patty; and that was burnt and smashed so thin. Mushrooms and onions were almost non existent and those were burnt as well.No real manager anywhere to be found. No wonder the place has gone downhill! ??
Everything was good except stop frying the fish and the chicken in the same fryers. The chicken tastes like fish. Come on now. Use one fryer for chicken and one for fish. I'm sure that's how managers want it but it seems like workers will do whatever they want if they are not constantly on them about something so small like this which is common sense.
Paid for cheese curds got fries. Asked for ketchup.. noo ketchup. Just a hard 10 minute wait. They should ask you if you have everything you need when they bring things to your car smh
Would've given 5 stars as usual but this visit loses a star. Ordered the double sourdough melt and all the toppings were to one side and only one pattie on the other side. They refused to replace or fix it.
Positive is I loved their malts.Negative is I had to stand and wait to make a simple malt order because the teenagers hired to do this job thought it was much more important to gossip and fool around. There was one young man that noticed and as soon as he did he took order while the others continued to play. Not sure where supervisor was.
