Ordered online - Curbside. Checked in with app upon arrival. Waited 20 minutes then checked in with app again. Each time the app indicates successful check in. Waited again and finally had to enter the store.Several staff hanging out talking as drive thru and restaurant were slow. All could visibly see our vehicle in the pick up spot. Back at vehicle - order was incomplete. Had to re enter restaurant to have them correct the order. Although the food and quality were good the food at this point was cold.First and last trip to this Culver’s.
Awesome food, love the butter burgers and the crinkle cut fries! Chicken fingers are good too and for those who like fish, my family members get it all the time and they love it. I just don't eat fish.
They usually never disappoint. But let me tell you, the ingredients were so fresh our burgers actually looked stacked just like the pictures. Alway delicious and always the best frozen custard and shakes. ?
Staff was rude. Bathrooms so dirty. My burger was drier than a dessert. Bacon uncooked. No greeting or thank you. Didn’t accept coupons from another location. At least the cheese curds were alright..
Visited here for the first time. Conveniently located off of 6 miles Cypress with ample parking around building. Staff was very courteous and professional. They even respond with “it’s my pleasure” like Chik-fil-a does. Food was made fresh to order and brought to your table. Burger was very good and fries were ok nothing special. Their concrete mixers are very good but pricey. Would recommend and plan to visit again.

Service was pretty slow, but my burger and fries were great! I’ve surprisingly been kind of disappointed in the custard the last couple of times I’ve gone though.
i wish i got the girls name at the register taking my order. but she took my order at around 7 2/27. i saw her rolling her eyes at the lady in front of me and giving her attitude. i tried to give her the benefit of the doubt like maybe she was just having a bad day. but then when it was my turn to order i was very nice and respectful and she was giving me the same attitude. rolling her eyes and i just felt so rushed. and she was the same way to my friend. there should be someone more friendly up front.
Our visit today 2/22/22 at 11:15AM was incredibly disappointing. The employee taking our order (Tristan, I believe) misunderstood what we said, and hey, it happens! But when we clarified at the window his attitude was terrible. “Well that’s not what you said but I CAN change it.” Was his response verbatim. He also placed emphasis on “let me REMAKE your drinks” as if it was a huge inconvenience for him to transfer them into larger cups and add more soda. Mind you, we modified our order to spend MORE money but got the customer service I would expect from McDonald’s. The Lehigh location was more gracious and that says A LOT!
I've been eating here for over a year since I moved to Ft. Myers and this is the first time I feel I should say something. Grilled chicken sandwich was PINK inside and chewy, I threw it away immediately. Cheese curds were all tiny and burnt and tasted like grease. The young staff are always standing around and gossiping and seem to always have a passive aggressive attitude towards me. Weird. They've messed up before but never this bad. Super overpriced for nothing. I will never return to this location again.
