We went for our 33rd anniversary the plane was empty but we felt rushed and everything tasted horrible I ordered the filet mignon it had this burnt salty rub on it the chef did make another steak that was still salty but better the crème brí»lée was really brí»lée not worth the money very disappointed
The ribeye was excellent, as usual. Cooked perfectly and sliced as requested. Service was excellent... then the chef was brought out and introduced. He was explaining how he cooks the steaks to perfection for the various request at our table, from Pittsburgh rare to medium rare for another couple. Another delicious and excellent dinner!! AND excellent service although the restaurant was busy...
Not so fancy, nice staff but food was not well at all. Very overpriced for what we got. Nothing special inside eaither looks old and outdated
We were seated and waited about 15 to 20 minutes before someone came to table. Then waited another 15 minutes for water and for someone to take our drink order. They are obviously under staffed. Service was very poor. I actually asked for water several times and was basically ignored by one of the staff. Food was good once served. Will go to another steak house in the future.
Food was good for the price, but service was somewhat disappointing. We request bread service to be brought twice, the starter plate was brought out without serving plates. We had to request them. I brought my husband for his Birthday and we felt that we had to request for everything, nothing flowed uneventful thru our dinner. The place was not full and I felt the waiter and the other service staff rushed and unattentive.
Good food & great service. Steaks are cooked perfectly, Calbert was a delight.
Food has always been great here. Service not so much. We used to go a couple times a month since we live nearby. That is unusual for a hotel restaurant. In the past year we stopped going because the service was terrible. We just went back and the service was awesome! They seemed to have hired all new staff (we recognized all of the previous) and they were great! Happy to have this back on our regular list.
Solid food for the location and price. Service left a lot to be desired. Items were consistently forgotten and servers were not around to help.

Our server, Senad, was top notch. My husband ordered the bone in ribeye. It was perfectly cooked and amazing. I ordered the special, which was a scallop dinner, also amazing. Highly recommend!
