Always great service, great ice cream choices and are open late!
Not the place to go! One person working lots of people in line. Plus it is a walk from anywhere you park. We left drove over to Kilwins parked right in front of the place, walked in got a great treat of ice cream and sat inside. (No seats avaliable inside Cold Stone)
Management really needs to address proper hand hygiene. I was there last night 5/27 and saw the girls working without gloves or any hand hygiene. The older girl literally cashed someone out at the register, then cleaned the counters on the back side, went to the back area where customers can’t see past for less than 15 seconds and then proceeded to take my order. Well guess who was up at 1am with food poisoning; ME! I thought I’d be ok since she never really touched my food but then again when they are adding the mix ins who knows if the surfaces were already dirty.
Great place. Very clean. They have so many ice cream flavors. Who don’t like ice cream they have sherbets or sorbets. You can mix and match mix ins. They offer milkshakes also you can have whatever ice cream you would like. The mixins usually cost a little extra. I would recommend this place. Highly recommend. The staff is so nice.
I love Coldstone I would recommend. I was here Sunday and purchased a cake which was delicious. The girl was extremely nice and offered to write any message.
Don’t get cold stone very often but I have never had an experience like this. The woman behind the counter took my order, a like it ice cream with m and ms, and proceeded to put the topping in the cup and then scoop the ice cream on top. I know that the ice cream is typically scooped up and mixed on the stone top before it is put in the cup. I questioned if she mixed it and she said yes I just couldn’t see the topping even though I very clearly saw her put them at the bottom of the cup. She then started mixing the topping into the ice cream in the cup with my spoon and told me she wished the m and ms were smaller because that would make it easier for her to mix them in. I said but you didn’t mix them in. She then dumped the ice cream out and added another scoop of m and ms making it out like I didn’t think there were enough m and ms. She also whispered and laughed with her coworker while doing so. When she brought it to the register so I could pay I compared sizing to my sister who had also gotten a like it and it was very obvious that I was given significantly less ice cream than what I had ordered. The ice cream didn’t even surpass the rim of the cup. The girl at the register heard our comments about the difference in size and did not comment or say anything. Very frustrating that I would even have to say something about mixing the ice cream when that’s the whole experience of cold stone. Furthermore the customer service was very poor and the felt very disrespected to be laughed at for saying something.
Fresh mixed blended ice cream, many options. Waffle cones, warmed and fresh. Put the mix into the waffle cone, supported by a leak proof paper wrapper and a tiny spoon on top. Perfection. Small, medium, large. We got medium should have got small but we ate it all. Ice cream cakes available too.
Everytime I order a cone or waffle bowl the employees grab it with their bare hands, no gloves, no napkins nothing! Then they place it on the counter while grabbing the rest! They all do this specially after dealing with the cash register & other people's $ & cards! Please instruct ALL employees to at least grab our food with a napkin!
I’ve always ordered pickup or delivery. Every time my ice cream arrives it is amazing. Every single flavor has been phenomenal. When I do pick-up, I am always impressed with how quick and nice the service is here.Not a Cold Stone problem, per-say, however it is noteworthy that delivery is tough in Florida. Not gunna lie, the ice cream is always quite soft.It’s not a huge problem. The ice cream can be frozen again easily.I have tried almost every flavor over the past year or so. Literally haven’t had one I don’t like. So order with confidence and enjoy.
The employees were very sweet and helpful when visiting this evening. However, the employee/employees were not wearing gloves when preparing my ice cream. One employee was asked to taste test a mix-in another employee was making by turning her back and tasting the ice cream with her finger.
