Placed an online order for DoorDash to deliver.Representative of Door Dash calls to state that the owner of the store is saying that he’s not releasing the order because he doesn’t think it charged me enough.Website shows $17.99 for items chosen in Family Pack.I was charged over $30 after fees and tip.Do not recommend this store.

My husband and I just left this location and they were slammed! The two ladies behind the counter absolutely rocked it!! They were pleasant, friendly, cheerful, singing and working so incredibility hard!! They deserve a raise! Great job ladies! Our sundaes were great too of course!
Very good, but on the expensive side - I had it in a waffle bowl - coconut ice-cream, a brownie, nuts, fudge and carmel.
Love the ice cream and environment! Love the very kind ladies Charlotte and Virginia...they are truly the best most sweetest girls! They DEFINITELY NEED a BIG raise they make people want to come everyday! I'm from outta town Chicago and I swear I would come here everyday if I was a local! Great Staff❤❤
Nice atmosphere, great service -( the 4th star was for the service) average food. Humongous piece of fish for fish and chips but breading was soggy all other apps and meals were okay.

This place is amazing! The manager has trained the staff to be able to accommodate allergens. If your child or family member has any type of allergy, nut, tree nut, strawberry, mango etc., his staff is trained to make you a wonderful cake to accommodate your needs! The staff has been doing this for the past three years for my family. Thank you so much!
