Family style homemade meals, fast service, great atmosphere
We seldom are in this section of Fort Myers, so we don't have the chance to partake in what we consider the best pizza in town. We drove the extra distance for lunch on this visit. At a lunch stop in the middle of the afternoon, we were the only guests in the venue when we arrived. We ordered a large pizza. The service was its usual excellent, the pizza came out quick, and the flavor, well, it's hard to describe when it's this good. Most pizza restaurants find it difficult to get the right blend of flavors of the crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings to come together to make the pizza have only one blended taste. Citrola's does this consistently every time we are there. Usually, there is no way my wife and I will put down an entire 16" pie, but this one tasted so good, we couldn't stop eating until it was gone. My only regret is that we live so far away to not be able to get this pizza more often.
Love Citrola’s been eating here for YEARS Great food with even better people. If you crave that Brooklyn “slice” these are your people.
Delicious, fresh veal Parmigiana. I wouldn't recommend the salad at an extra cost (very plain salad) but the penne and fresh bread is excellent.

Caprese salad was excellent so was the chicken Alfredo. This is a hidden gem, loved it!
Absolutely delicious!! Excellent service by Jeff who never missed a beat and ran his tail off. We had appetizers and all 5 of us a different dinner choice, amazingly everyone enjoyed their meals thoroughly. Going out with my parents isn't easy because they ways find something to complain about but not tonight. They loved everything!!! Thank you! We'll be back!!
