Nice, quiet, quaint coffee shop on the main thoroughfare, yet unassuming. Awesome, helpful service from a young man who guided me through my latte options. And the latte is fabulous! Hopefully, they’ll switch to more environmentally-friendly cups soon! Thanks for the caffeine jolt I needed to get my day going!! ?☕️

We stopped here THREE times during our 5 day vacation. Amazing delicious coffees (loved the Americanos)! We had great breakfast food, too. It was quick each time and always a place to sit. Very cute and cozy atmosphere with friendly staff who know good food, and most importantly, coffee!

The staff are amazing, the atmosphere is wonderful. Everything they make is fresh and delicious ?.

Okay, the atmosphere is great. Love it for that. But the coffee is overpriced, $4 for a small coffee. Now, I don’t run a coffee shop so I have no idea how you came to $4 for a plain coffee, but perhaps cutting some of the 5 people behind the counter may help your bottom line? The girl ringing me up wasn’t even friendly! Anyway, my husband loves it so there’s that.

I've tried several of their specialty coffees and they have never disappointed. The service is always quick and the baristas are so friendly. I also love the atmosphere. They have a special area in the back where I've taken my laptop and gotten some work done. I love it here.

We recently heard about this place and stopped in today. The lattes were very good and prepared exactly as we requested. I did not realize there were different sizes and we should have been asked what size we wanted. It was delicious but huge. We took 2 bagels home. My rating is a 5 for the latte and a 1 for the bagels….so an average of 3. The bagels were stale! $4 each and I could barely cut them at home. They also tasted like the freezer. They may have been OK whenever they were made., but not today. $20 for 2, lattes and 2 bagels…pretty pricey. I would go again for coffee, but never again for those bagels. I agree with the review about the Backyard area…very clever and inviting.

First things first, the coffee here is so delicious and unique. I love all the creative options they have. The prices for all their coffee makes sense. So for the coffee is a 5 star ⭐Now the only BAD thing is how overpriced everything food wise is. For example, a simple toast with peanut butter and banana is $11+ dollars. That's ridiculous. A simple bagel with egg and cheese is another $10 dollars. Another BAD is the staff is lazy and doesn't pay attention well. They are all nice and polite but struggle to have a good attitude when it comes to making the drink again, especially after messing up the order 3 times.. I only go here for coffee and that's pretty much it. I definitely recommend it to anyone.

Love the coffee, of course, but what I came to rave about was the app and customer service! My kids were at the theater next door ALL DAY. I was able to easily order them food on the app, and they walked in to grab it right on time. I was able to add a note that they were coming and to pack it up to go for them. No issues and everyone was happy! Yay!

This was the 1st time trying Chocolattes and boy were we glad we did. The service was friendly and happy. All the staff were smiling and helpful. The coffee was superb and the warmed blueberry scones to die for. Lots of places to sit and chat. From now on whenever we visit fort Myers on holiday from the UK, we will always pop in. Support your small local outlets as they are the life blood of the community.

We discovered this cozy coffee shop while here in Ft. Myers from Virginia visiting my Mother-in-law. Loved the Turtle Latte with oat milk. The raspberry scone was fresh and delicious. Even the regular coffee was good and not bitter at all. The backyard expansion in the back is clever. If we lived in the area, we would be regulars!
