I am a huge chipotle fan. Yet this location is HORRIBLE. Multiple times I have come here around 8:30-9:00pm.. over an hour before closing and they have decided they are going to close anyway… they do not make more steak or chicken if it’s 8:00pm and they still have over an hour before closing. Nor will they make more rice, pico, or corn salsa.. so be prepared to spend money on absolutely nothing you wanted. Horrible location.
Fast, hearty, healthy and awesome value. Why would you ever get a burger, fries and a soda for $12 when you could have this for the same price.
What has happened to this particular Chipotle?? We have seen a huge decline in their food quality. Last night we went there at 6:45. First, the first employee in the line was not listening to what we said no white rice then dumped it out. When we asked for fresh peppers and onions because the ones that were there were nasty. She said No that was it. They were out of sour cream. We I got home and ate my meal is was awful no flavors and the bottom of my rice bowl was full of liquid from the pinto beans and hew chicken liquid. There's nothing like working all day, paying good money to go home and NOT enjoy your meal. After 20 years I will no longer support Chipotle. With out us customers that live here full time to support their business they won't survive.
Worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. I have ordered many many times and every single time my order is incorrect or I literally receive the wrong order. It has been more than 6 times now that I have had an issue with this location, not sure how you stay in business when you are run terribly!! Hire new workers! Close this location! What a disgrace to Chipotle! Wish I could give zero stars!
Like many other reviewers have said, the staff here is unbelievably rude and incompetent. Also, the food is never consistent. I can only assume this is a staff issue, as things are always too salty, over or underspiced, and undercooked or overcooked, as this is the only chipotle I’ve ever eaten at that has these consistent issues. Like other reviewers mentioned, the line moves so slow. Employees are standing around or just physically moving at the pace of molasses. The past five times I have been here, during lunchtime, it’s the same girl working at the cash register. Not sure if she is a manager or lower-level employee but her attitude is enough to make me never want to visit this location again. I worked in hospitality for over 10 years. Never did I ever treat customers with the disgust and disdain this girl treats people with.The whole staff needs to be fired and replaced.
Used to be an easy 5 stars. Great food, great service, solid atmosphere. Now though...the lines are forever and half of the time you go they are out of one or more items, which you don't find out about until you've waited for 15 minutes and are actually ordering. Might be mostly the franchise close to me but I'd say in general, Chipotle needs to step it up and MAKE CHIPOTLE GREAT AGAIN!
Before writing the review I checked to see if there had been issues with the manager and as it seems this location has major issues with the General manager. Her attitude was extremely rude. I went to pick up an only order and items were not done being made so I waited a while before mentioning something. When I finally said something they said they still had things to finish. I just then asked for a refund and was told that couldn’t be done. Then, I heard the general manager make comments about me in Spanish that’s when I went and told her that I understand what she’s saying. She continued with a rude attitude and comments in Spanish. Her attitude was extremely rude and based on the other reviews it’s not the first time she acts this way.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The line was past the door and never got shorter. There were only 2 employees actually making food and cashing out, while other employees were occupied cleaning very leisurely to shut down their stations early before actual closing time, as if the place wasn't packed. At times 3 people were waiting to cash out with completed orders sitting there getting cold, while the employees cleaning looked over but just turned back away and brushed it off. The line was an absolute MESS. the lettuce was all brown, the cook had stopped making food over an hour before close, at least 8 people were waiting on mobile orders for 20 minutes plus. They had to remake a order and the girl on the line put the ticket in the tortilla bag. This is my 4th time eating here in about 6 weeks time and every time has been the same story. This place needs to Crack down on training their managers and employees because nothing about this experience was acceptable.
Words can’t describe how awful this place is.Unfortunately from the staff to the food.My “Jerry Springer” experience began around 8 PM when I arrived with my family for a quick dinner.Uncomfortable doesn’t even begin to describe how we felt.It seems the establishment was basically out of all of the main entrée options, well not out they didn’t want to cook more, we could see they were hard at work scrubbing down all of the cooktops and everything else @8pm obviously in a strategic way to help them get out earlier.I have never seen so many staff members bringing each other down, fighting with each other, screaming at each other in front of all the customers.When I did receive my food, much to my dismay, my steak tasted as if it was morphed into “petrified wood.”I had them remake my food as it felt like it was not for human consumption.While I was waiting for my food to be remade, I was snapped at by the same woman that was screaming and shouting at all of her other employees and customers, “why was I standing like a decoration near her register?”In conclusion, the second round of food was still not edible. This time I had chosen chicken, and my chicken had the same consistency as a jellybean or a stale pastry.We had to throw all of our food away and leave with a horrible feeling after watching such a dramatic episode of Chipotle’s teamwork.This location needs a consultant or an adult or something.Thanks for reading
Worker keeps saying the chips are for online orders .It’s 9:35pm and the chip bin is full why wouldn’t you sell the product instead of throwing it away?Was basically fighting with me lol… come on chipotle!!!!
