Family and I went to ?️ we all shared the smoke house platter. We had all agreed that everything was way to salty. The baby back ribs were just fat. We were not impressed. The service was decent, staff was friendly and on point. The food could definitely use some attention. Parking was ok. We may come back sometime.
Waitress was just ok….but support / food delivery was HORRIBLE. Brought somebody else plate out dropped it, and I mean literally dropped it on table. When we told her it wasn’t ours she grabbed it and took off. Daughter ask for extra ranch and she replied “Yeah” guess what, I it NEVER SHOWED. Food was good but staff was in slow motion. Wouldn’t say I’d never return but I’d give this place six months to get better staff and some help that doesn’t just say “Yeah”. Never saw any management….maybe they were scared of the “Yeah “ lady.
I use to love coming here. I don't know what had happened but everything from the restrooms being filthy to the floors being greasy throughout the restaurant. I ordered a new menu item, cilantro lime carne asada. The meat was overcooked and dry. The cheese on the beans was just clumped up on there not melted, still cold. Sad to say i won't be eating here anymore. Our server Tracy was great and apologized for the mismanagement.
I used to order from this Chili’s a lot since it’s so close to home. The last order I got was the worst meal I’ve ever had here. Rib platter with fries and coleslaw. The ribs were 90% fat and tasted like old beef jerky. The sauce was horrible. The fries were cold and hard. The coleslaw was dry and flavorless. I attempted to allow them to make up for this experience by calling and reporting this incident to one of their staff members and was told the manager would refund my order which was the least they could do. They never did. I won’t be eating here or ordering from here anymore. Worst $24 ever spent!
Food and service was good. The people serving was really welcoming. The food took about 30 minutes from order. The drawback was definitely the mens bathroom, two toilets were unuseable cause they were so dirty. The urinal was leaking. Plus it was dripping water from the roof making the whole bathroom full of water.
Such a nice experience picked up my order 10 min before closing and the food was warm and freshly prepared. Thank you for the cheesecake made my night! The guy who helped me was very nice I wish I would’ve gotten his name thank you!
This order was a complete and total disappointment. Ordered two side salads along with our entrees today and they were BOTH disgusting. Slimy lettuce and cheese that has turned to mush!! Not to mention, the inedible and soggy croutons. Been a regular customer for years, and I'm seriously rethinking EVER returning again. Attention to detail makes the most trivial thing perfect. You should always strive for perfection.
Went there to get drinks tonight with a few friends. Restaurant was extremely empty and only had a few customers in it, was told it was going to be an hour long wait. When asked what we could do, we were directed to the bar, so that’s where we sat. Having 7 people with us, there were multiple tables open so we took two high tops. When asked if we could move them together to sit as a group, we were yelled at by the bar manager and she stated it was a “fire hazard.” In the mean time, more people were being sat in the restaurant section during this. After this occurred, one waitress who was not around previously said “you know you can move the tables together” as my party was yelling to talk to each other over the gap. Hope the bar manager was extremely unprofessional and rude to us! She does not know how to talk to customers at all and needs some more training before she should be in any sort of leadership position. Our waiter was great and was doing the best he can to make our visit pleasant!
Went here expecting a nice family dinner and was instead given a horrible experience I waited there for almost 2 hours and my family was still not given our food the server was an old white racist lady and showed a lot of attitude and was overall very disrespectful. She clearly did not want to serve us since she was being more helpful to other customers who were white.
They can never get an order 100% right. And there seems to be zero quality control of what comes out of the kitchen and then all they do is offer you a coupon any time they mess up your order.
