I grubhubbed a simple order of a chicken sandwich and medium fries 15 minutes before picking up the order and ended up waiting another 20 minutes because “we’re out of medium fries”…..literally just take out half the fries in the large size and let me leave this grease-trap
This week, I stopped by the Florida Gulf Coast University’s Cohen Center after a class and ordered some Chick-fil-A. When I got up to the counter, there were a few people ahead of me in line. I thought it would take a while before I would be able to order because in the past when I have gone there, service was slow. Luckily, it did not take long at all and was only about five minutes until I was up. The lady at the counter was very sweet and asked me how I was. She spoke in a pleasant, sweet voice as if she was happy to be doing her job. This is very important for companies and employees to have. Customers always want the best experience while getting food, staying at a hotel, or at any hospitality venue. It is reported that customers love to ramble about Chick-fil-A's overall cleanliness, quick, convenient service, and hardworking employees (Taylor, 2018). Once I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal, it was only about a minute until another employee gave me my food and drink. I love Chick-fil-A so much and was very happy with my experience at FGCU. I do not have it that often, but every time I do, I hope my service experience and food taste delicious. Chick-fil-A always seems to satisfy my hunger and makes me keep wanting to come back for more.

They open at 8 but every morning they never have anything ready. There is always a wait for food. They must wait til they open to start cooking the food. This location is operated horribly. They need new management badly. If there was another location on campus I would never come to this location, but since there isn’t just get ready to wait. Nobody seems to have it together!
Why are we closed on weekends smh ?? Sunday’s I’ll allow but not saturdays I wanted my #1
Hate the drive thru set up and use the curbside or pick up services instead.

Chick-fil-A is one of those places that I find to be always packed but fast serving. I rarely have to wait more than 5-10 minutes to get my food and it's always on point and delicious. The only thing I don't like about the one on campus is that they don't accept gift cards, but other than that Chick-fil-A is always one of my favorite fast food places.
