This was the 3rd time my husband and I tried to eat at this restaurant. The traffic around the bldg was so crowded and we just could not get into the line all around the bldg. This time it looked like we just might make it. Well we did get on the line and two employees came to the car to take our order. We had no idea of what to order as we had not been there in years. We quizzed the employee who could not believe we did not know what to order. and decided to order the simplest thing: chicken sandwiches and cokes. Moved to another employee who took our credit card while we are still on the line of cars. I think we dropped around $12 . Finally got to the window...and another employee checked for a bag with our car's description on it.Quite an experience . They had no senior discounts, no senior drinks and no personal touches either. Just keep the line moving! We went back to Wendy's the next day.!
Anyone else remember when chick fil a was a super fast drive through? Very slow at this location. VERY slow. So i use the app for in-store pick up, problem solved! Except can't use app and rewards at this location for weeks now because it's turned off....per store manager.
This place used to be your average Chick-fil-A but my god it has been consistently awful in the last year or so. Get ready to wait.. and wait… and wait. Even if you do a mobile order (which they no longer allow), you’ll still wait 10-20 minutes no matter if you go inside or out. It wouldn’t be so bad if the food was worth the wait, but the last few times I’ve been, it’s been lukewarm at best.The Costco gas line is faster than this place is and has better service. And at this point, Costco’s food court has way better food.It’s worth driving to the alico location. At least they still have their standards. It’ll be half the wait and the food will be way better than this one.
No breakfast for the whole month of June?Please help yourself and try another location.I left 5 stars but don’t bother showing up at 1030am they make you wait till 10:36am to talk to you.
Customer service has steadily declined over the past year. I do not enjoy coming to this Chick-fil-A anymore. Employees are rude, careless, and sloppy — specifically the drive-thru. I will drive out of my way to enjoy a better experience with another Chick-fil-A that cares about who they hire as the face of their company!
I love Chick-fil-A and I used to eat here frequently. Since moving this is now the closest location to me and unfortunately this branch has been a let down. It's always been hit or miss with more miss than hit. It is always *packed* though. Which for me has always been the confusing part. How can there be a line going more than once around the building and you get served lukewarm nuggets- like they were cooked an hour ago and have just been sitting there. This is why I stopped going there. However on this recent visit, pressed for time I gave it another go. It was a little quiet so I ran in instead and was overjoyed to see that inside dining has returned! There is still the closed off part where the play area is but for the life of me I cannot comprehend why it still, as has been throughout Covid, looks like a makeshift trashy storage area! Oh well at least it's progress. I took my nuggets and expected the worse as usual but found they were refreshingly fresh and delicious! ❤️ Maybe things are getting better.
Worst experience at a Chick-fil-A. I've been to many (including in airports and theme parks) and every single one has outstanding customer service. It is what they are known for! However this location couldn't be further from that. The guy taking the order hardly spoke a word and the few he did I could barely hear, and he never made eye contact. I was not asked about sauce and didn't receive a table marker(not that big a deal anyway). I don't think I heard a single employee say, "my pleasure"(which they always do). When our food was delivered I asked for sauce, they guy got some and came back(not saying a word) and just held the sauce in his hand. I politely said thank you and continued to stand there. I later sent back up to order a shake. The same guy I ordered from before just looked down(possible at his phone) and never acknowledged me. I had to wait for someone else to take my order.Besides the poor service, the place was unkempt. Stain marks on the ceiling from leeks and dirty floors. They blocked off half the tables with walls for employees to hang out in. I didn't even want to go in the bathroom.A guy(I assume a manager/ owner) directing cars looked like a random dude. No vest or uniform, just jeans and a polo.I will not be returning to this branch again! There are others not far that I would recommend to go instead.
This location USED to be so accurate with food orders, now they are slacking off big time. Whom ever is in charge of hiring is not doing a great job. Always missing items in my order or even getting the WRONG ORDER! Com’on. It ain’t that hard to read instructions! Please get back to your system you had, clearly was working well… or just train your new hires because that’s probably your main problem.It’s understandable that today is hard to find good people who really want to work. Yet, not a reason you need to slack off because of it.
It is a food solution to get by. The portions are very small compared to its price. They look like a kids menu, they really are small sandwiches. the flavor can be highlighted because the chicken tastes like chicken. service is instant and the facility is generally very clean.
Can we please stop with the Covid theater? This place is a joke and you’d think it was March 2020 when walking in. It’s time people stop supporting businesses that are continuing with this type of theater.
