I love Chick-Fil-A and usually have no complaints. However, today I went there ordered my food. They have it to me and the forgot my Kale Crunch Salad. After waiting 20 more minutes in the drive-thru line, I asked the girl where my salad was. They said they had to make a new batch up. I asked for a refund as they could have told that to me at the beginning.
This is all my middle teenage daughters want to eat.( I tho am soon Burt out) But Yes! Good food great service. Good atmosphere.. Other than being so packed..but they still manage to get u in and out fast in drive thru ..with correct orders everytime!
Horrible location blocks traffic in all directions employees have no care. Just sit and laugh big safety hazard. Needs ownership pulled and Corp needs to close and relate in a safer location or build a closer location to relieve stress off the one building. It's not rocket science.
I would suggest another chick fil a in the area. Ordered the number 2 for breakfast with a sweet tea to drink. Food was cold and hard. Tea was unsweetened and watered down. Didn't even eat it because it was so bad. Never again!
20 cars in front exiting I-75 near Naples, FL, all heading to drive-through at Chick-fil-A, joining 20 other cars in 2 lanes to order food. Time spent, almost 20 minutes...could not access parking area due to traffic. Other cars parked in other areas and walked to restaurant. Food was very good, but drive-through traffic is tremendous!
Chick-Fil-A is always prompt with the food and service. But the last few times I’ve been the lemonade and Ice tea has been watered down or taste off. Normally not like them.
Your employees look overheated. I really hope they get to at least rotate with each other on the inside or at least bring some cold water outside to drink. Absolutely no complaints about them, the service or the food, it’s just genuinely concerning to have them stand outside all day for no reason when you can have a second speaker like McDonalds does
Ordered twice from drive thru on different days....very nice waiters passed my order on to the preparers on the inside of the restaurant....twice my orders were not prepared as requested. The waiters both times repeated my order perfectly to the preparers.....BRAVO FOR THE WAITERS!
I placed an order through the drive thru & when I got home(5 miles away) I realized that it was missing the 12 count grilled chicken. I thought that they had a great system until I saw that there was no quality control in their system. When I called the phone number on the receipt, I got a corporate number & a canned apology. Very disappointed with the fact that I could not contact the restaurant I wish they’d do a better job in checking the accuracy of the order.
We were in line waiting to order and there were 4 other cars waiting ahead of us. They didn't take the last 5 of our orders. They went inside, closed doors and said closed while laughing. We were waiting in the line for 10/15mins. If they were gonna be rude and not take our orders they should have sent us all off not make us wait. Very unprofessional and immature. I will never go back to this chick fila ever. I'm also gonna tell everyone I know about this incident
