My son says GREAT FOOD! ???? Dipping sauces and kids ravioli were a hit! Service was attentive and prompt.
My server Lauren was good and the food was delicious but my calamari was VERY salty. I read other reviews people said the same. I also wish they added a lil more shrimp and scallops.
Was hesitant to go out on Valentine's day but decided to go anyways. Went with one of our favorite chain restaurants that doesnt disappoint. We walked in were greeted and told it was a short 10 minute wait, but somehow a staff member took us right to a table. Upon being seated our waiter Corey presented himself brought with him not 1 but 2 loaves of bread and prepared the seasoned oil and vinegar dipping sauce. We decided on the chicken parmesan with penne pomodoro the mama's chicken soup and the lentil and sausage soup for starters. The soups came out very quickly. Both were hot. Shortly after our meals came out. Everything looked amazing and tasted as such. We cannot say enough good things about this visit. Corey was excellent. Definitely recommend this place for any occasion or day÷/
It seems to me that Carrabba’s have gone downhill. Food is just okay, especially when you compare to their sister company Bonefish. See picture below that lacks presentation & taste. Broccoli was terrible, tasted like frozen broccoli out of a bag ( they called this sautéed broccoli). My son-in-laws eggplant parmigiana was the worst he ever had?♂️. Service was good, atmosphere good. Come on Carrabba’s step up your game! Will not go back, will stick with local owned Italian restaurants that serve better quality dishes for the same money.
Happy hour drinks and apps are absolutely amazing at this Carraba's location! Food tastes great, drinks are strong, and service is exceptional ? I love this place ?
We had A few issues with her order but once we brought them to the attention of our server and then the restaurant manager they were quickly rectified and our order was immediately served as expected! we have been Carrabba’s loyal patrons since they opened! The estero location is exceptional for both food and service!! Not to mention the lively and friendly atmosphere! Do not hesitate to go to Carrabba’s food is exceptional and service is five stars plus. Extra kudos to our server Carly!! it was her first night serving and she was incredibly wonderful with everything customer service!!! Carrbbas this is a one employee you want to move up the chain !!
Chicken Marsala is spot on and the asparagus is good. I do prefer thinner spears, but I know they are harder to come by and costly. I've had this dish twice now from this location and was very pleased both times. The reason I only have given only 3 stars is the star dish, Mezzaluna was COLD and VERY DRY, no extra sauce at all and what there was, unfortunately, soaked up into the shriveled filling and pasta. As these are my two favorite dishes, I'm particularly disappointed and frankly, worried about spending so much on lunch and having it turn out do poorly. It's really too bad!!! Happy to change my review if you can provide a much better product!!
Great guest experience. The waiter Justin was amazing. He suggested items, help me build a good meal. His guest relations skills were beyond outstanding. His drink suggestion make feel he wanted me to have the best experience. He deliver an awesome amazing service. Thank you Justin. I will be back!!!
No matter where we eat at Carrabba's Italian restaurant anywhere in the USA, the food is always the same. Exceptional food and service every time we visit. A real treasure just like the treasure found off Key West.
Don't hesitate to go here. Had dinner on 11/17. The staff was so professional and courteous that it brought us back to the times when it was the way all good restaurants were run. We were so impressed! The waiter actually brought our dinner a little too fast after our salads arrived. I said it was fine but they were apologetic. The next thing we knew, they were giving us two more fresh complimentary salads to take home. Great service and attitudes!Update:12/06; Came back for curbside a couple of times, both times I called in the order and both times when I got back to the hotel I found there were no utensils in the bag. I called and spoke with the manager on duty and her comment was that it is MY responsibility to request utensils. Not the way I was taught back in the day when I was in food service. There seems to be a disparity between those that handle take-out and those who wait on the dine-in customers.
