I went here last night and the food was delicious!! It was my first time coming here, and our server Iris was the sweetest girl ever. She made sure to help with everything, great customer service for sure! If anyone needs a raise it’s her she was the absolute best. Thanks to your guys food & Iris for making my night. Definitely will be coming back.
Our family had a great experience. First and foremost, our waiter was incredible. He was on point, and always inquired with us in a timely manner. The food was good as well. Definitely will go back before we had back home.
A nice visit on a Su day evening. There was no wait for seating and our waitress was pleasant. Not as attentive as I was trained to be. Bread wasn't delivered until meal and after we asked about it for the second time. Food was delicious. Medium well ended up being a medium rare steak. Broccoli was overcooked, and waitress walked by table with empty glass of tea and plates a few times.When handed cash for payment, it would have been nice if the waitress was a little more enthusiastic and welcomed us back. No complaints were made to staff and the conversation was pleasant. These are observations critiqued from years of experience.
Banging food. Love their Cajun garlic butter with the steak and their fries are to die for. I enjoyed my time there. The food was excellent. Service was a bit slow, but it’s okay we all make mistakes. I had really great food and conversation. For app I had stuffed mushrooms, entree is steak and fries and the dessert is cheesecake!
We ended up going to this location after leaving another location because of poor service.Now keep in mind we are from Canada and do not have Carrabba's at home so we needed our fix while on vacation.This location did not disappoint. Our friendly server greeted us and made us feel at home.The food was very good and the bread as always was delicious.When in Cape Coral use this location as your go to Carrabba's.
After 3 prior visits with poor service, we decided to try again. Upon arrival, the outdoor table we called to reserve, was not ready. Then, as it was a windy day, the screen was obnoxiously clashing against the railing. This was because clasps were broken. Being an engineer, I got some electrical tape and a wire bracket from my car, to hold it temporairly (see pics).We ordered and waited a significant amount of time before getting soup and salad; was there a soup shortage (see pic)? Then, after waiting so long for soup/salad, the main meal was delivered a couple minutes afterwards. The waitress was very pleasant but was seemed unable to handle load. Save your time and visit the Gulf Coast location instead!
Arrived at 8:10. Told the wait would be over half an hour. Hostess said mgr sent servers home. Supposed to be open until 10. Yikes. Plan B is Olive Garden.
As always the food was great...server was attentive and food came out quickly......can never go wrong here or any other Carrabba's in our minds..??
It was pretty good but definitely not at the absolute top of the pack for the Fort Myers area. Service was great, just thought my food could’ve tasted better frankly
