Am back again to partake in the variety of seafood items available at the Cape Cod Fish Company. Visited 3 times during my time in Ft. Myers Beach (including some take out for the family). Thanks to Sheila and all the staff who took care of me. @AtomicAbel
Delish!!!! Tried fish & chips, clam chowder, lobster roll (warm) & fish tacos. It was all amazing & filling! Everyone was friendly and our waitress Michele made sure we didn’t need anything. Would def recommend & will return for more the next time we are in Fort Myers.
Great food, good service! I got the shrimp tacos and had a lobster taco as well..both amazing...fresh, hot...coleslaw is also amazing. I'll be back!**came back again a week later or so...tried out new dishes..both, great! 3rd picture ?
Holy goodness!!!! This was so off of the beaten path but SO worth the trip!!!! Our server, Michelle, was not only friendly but so knowledgeable about the menu and adjoining seafood market. Lobster chowder is to die for!!!!! Excellent lobster rolls also. But, what really impressed me is their seafood platter which is fried. I am very funny about fried items and rarely order them. My husband took the plunge for the platter and WOW!!!!! Perfectly fried, not greasy, and some of the best seafood we have had!!!! Patio area was perfect, service was superb, and food was absolutely delicious!! We will definitely return!!!
We've been coming to Sanibel/Captiva islands for a while now for month or 2 at a time. The long stays give us the chance to venture off island & discover new places to eat. We knew about The Cape Cod Fish Co. from passing by it on our previous stays. The restaurant is located in an out of the way place & you wouldn't think it could be good. But it was always crowded so this time we decided to try it out. I can say I'm glad we did!Owned by a Rhode Islander, he knows great seafood. The New England clam chowder was full of clams & it felt like I was in Kennebunkport. Maine lobster, shrimp po'boys, shrimp tacos. All delicious! Don't be put off by the location. You won't have a better seafood experience in the Fort Myers area.
Location is off the beaten path and a bit tricky to find, but worth going out of your way. Laid back atmosphere both inside and out. Rest room is lovely - which tells me a lot about the detail the owner puts into his business- he cares about his customers as well as his establishment. We went once for dinner and returned for lunch the following day and ate outside both times. Service was superb - friendly and efficient. We had what we miss most about living in the Boston area - full bellied clams! If you are ever in the area, we highly recommend.
What a place. Server Megan was great! The food made me feel like I was having lunch on a beach on the North Atlantic in New England. I finally found some fried clams worth eating. Nothing like Whole Belly Fried Clams to make my Belly SING!

We found this place in Tripadvisor and went in there for lunch. Hands-down, the best seafood we have had after four days in Fort Myers. Service was excellent. And for me, the weirdo who doesn’t eat seafood, I will say that double burger was absolutely to die for. The hand cut fries were topping on the cake a great lunch. Will definitely go back and would highly recommend to anyone in the area.
While it was a little hard to find (at end of a strip mall), the fish was delicious. Loved the cod, shrimp,calamari and lobster. Seating inside and out. Missy our server was friendly and helpful. Worth the short drive we had for quality of the seafood. Don’t miss this place!
